Structure of the app is really nice, just some shortcomings and the support is really responsive. I was able to reach out to them immediately and they have whole FAQ guides too.

Great app. But the support is just as good, if not better. Multiple times I've experienced immediate and personal attention, resulting in quick, easy to understand solutions.

This app is very user friendly, affordable and the support was fantastic when I had an issue with being able to edit hours afterwards (when people forgot to clock out) They made sure I got the help I needed and resolved the issue quickly. Definitely a great app for storefronts.

Not yet used Staffy because the locations feature (with POS) is not supported now, but the customer service by Harel is superb.

We're a brick and mortar store, which manages 8 employees. Due to the Coronavirus situation, we have decided to use an app to schedule and clock in our staff, since it was difficult for us to deal with the unstable situation well enough. We've tried the leading applications out there, and we decided to go with Staffy. It connected to our store and synced all our staff, and it takes them one click from our POS to clock in which is the fastest and easiest solution we have found so far. When we had some questions, the support helped us with everything we need through the chat. I haven't tried the daily checklists yet, so I can not recommend this feature in this moment. Thank you

I just realized I need the new POS from Shopify to use Staffy. Thank you for the help! I will try the month trial and see if this works out for my business.
Thank you for the kind review ! 🙂🙏 Staffy supports the older version of the POS as well, although we can not provide the quick action buttons in the POS dashboard since it doesn't exist there unfortunately (missing functionality in the POS system itself). We're trying to keep up with the latest technology in order to provide you the best experience as possible 😊

We're using Staffy mostly for accounting and scheduling. It was just the tool that I was looking for! it gets the job done perfectly. If you want to level up your store team management you should definitely try this! The customer support is great as well

We have been looking for something that shows what our staff were doing in our shop admin. Staffy support is amazing as well - and the app itself is really easy to get started. Looking forward to connect the payroll and scheduling as well.
