EasyTeam is the app needed for Shopify POS so you can manage what goes on in-store with employees. I was using Excel for schedule, manual calculating hours worked and even worst paying employees when they would get late to there shift, breaks and early exits. The support was great also and I know EasyTeam is just getting started so future is bright.

Thrilled I found this app. I needed a way to track my employees timesheet and this is super easy to use. The customer service is awesome too…prompt response to all my questions and performed an update for my businesses needs!

While I was not a fit for the ap, Hanna was so very helpful and prompt with her support that I may reconsider some time in the future! It was too expensive for the minimal features that I need. I do not understand why I have to use 100 characters in this review. Very frustrating. We've been using Easy team for quite a while now. It helps us with scheduling and running payroll - but most importantly we can measure the sales of each employee and adding the calculated commission to the actual payroll without doing a single thing manually. The support team are super incredible and helped us with anything we needed.
Great customer service -- super responsive and prompt, walked us through issues and troubleshooting as well as taking our problems back to their team to make sure they knew about said issues.

This app is very easy to use and works well with POS. Some small functions need to be improved or improved, but the technical team is just incredible. Listening and ready to modify functions to better meet needs.

I like the app. I took one star off because I would like a feature that allows you to track when staff miss punches. A report of changing the colour of the shift so its easier to see and monitor staffs performance

Structure of the app is really nice, just some shortcomings and the support is really responsive. I was able to reach out to them immediately and they have whole FAQ guides too.

This app is very user friendly, affordable and the support was fantastic when I had an issue with being able to edit hours afterwards (when people forgot to clock out) They made sure I got the help I needed and resolved the issue quickly. Definitely a great app for storefronts.

We're a brick and mortar store, which manages 8 employees. Due to the Coronavirus situation, we have decided to use an app to schedule and clock in our staff, since it was difficult for us to deal with the unstable situation well enough. We've tried the leading applications out there, and we decided to go with Staffy. It connected to our store and synced all our staff, and it takes them one click from our POS to clock in which is the fastest and easiest solution we have found so far. When we had some questions, the support helped us with everything we need through the chat. I haven't tried the daily checklists yet, so I can not recommend this feature in this moment. Thank you
