We use this for our multiple brick and mortar stores. We needed a system that kept our employees honest as we identified time theft when auditing payroll. This app saved us hundreds of dollars a month. The customer service is fantastic with any issue being resolved literally within minutes. Do not hesitate to use Easy Team for your employee clocking in/out needs.

We started to use easyteam as of January 2025. The staff has been incredibly helpful and responsive using in app chat tools to respond to any of my needs, and jumping on a video call when needed. There are features that I hope to be added for payroll in the near future, and updates (maybe a easyteam app to check schedule, paystubs and clock in?), but I trust it will keep developing. Keep it up!

Every time I need some help, they reply very quickly and find a solution. I have been using this app for at least a year I think, so far so good. I could use a lot more of the features they offer, but in my case, I only use to track my employees clock ins and clock out. Thanks!

I've had a great experience with Easyteam for Point of Sale in Shopify at AlvinValley.com. Installing was super easy and the stumbles on our end were solved gracefully within minutes - amazing - we highly recommend!

I have never received such great support in an app, I can really recommend the app and the support is amazing, and you can also give your employees commissions if, for example, you work with agents who are supposed to sell products for you at trade fairs! I'm overjoyed! Above all, Ann from Easyteam supported me a lot and was able to implement my requirements within minutes

So far, we only used the app for time tracking. But we are excited to start working with scheduling and checklists. Their support is the best, you can chat with someone at any time and get help right away.

Yaniv, the app's creator, took the time to help us set up the software for our store. It's super easy to use. Also, it is very reasonable, and if you need some customization, they are happy to help you, not for the money, but to make the customer happy. Easyteam is also integrated with other software, which is nice, and has useful features like timesheets, scheduling, payroll, checklists, and different ways to use the system, whether on POS or on eCommerce. Still, the app is generally based on POS usage.
