This app has great features- custom statuses, ability to automate, internal-only statuses, option to notify the customer or not, etc. We are very much enjoying the app! It runs smoothly, and the support team is wonderful and responsive.

This app has been a life saver for our team! Daryl was super helpful on setup and getting it exactly where we needed to operate. The customer service is on top of it and quick to answer any questions or fix any issues we may experience due to user error. :)

Many of my products are manufactured on demand, meaning longer lead times and multiple stages. This app has made tracking and organising my customer orders sooooo much easier, and keeps customers well informed during the process. Support is fantastic and amazingly fast as well. Top marks! StatusPro is an excellent app with top-notch customer support. The team is very responsive and always willing to help with questions or adjustments. We’ve had no issues using the app—it’s stable, intuitive, and very well designed. It has given us clear visibility on every step of our order process, which makes it much easier to keep both our team and customers updated. The ability to track statuses in real time has streamlined communication and improved efficiency across the board. Overall, a fantastic app that I highly recommend.

I have been looking for an app like this for months! Thank God the creator commented on a Shopify forum. Unlimited customizable statuses even just at the $9 rate is such a generous feature to have considering other apps only give you like up to 3 customizable statuses and you have to pay more than $9. Also this is so crazy easy to use. Amazing! Thank you Daryl Shannon!

Love StatusPro, very easy to use and intuitive UI. Also the service is great! Super easy to talk to, quick response and very helpful! I asked a pretty dumb question as well so very patient too haha. :)

excellent app couldn't ask for more. only one I found that works as needed, phenomenal set up and works great. For those who sell items which are custom and go through a production process, you can automate notifying customers as it goes through each stage of production, reducing tickets and customers not knowing what's happening with their order, even if you told them it takes 6 weeks for example and it's 3 weeks in, they want to know. This app allows our customers to check the status of their order anytime, and the date and time it went through each stage in the past, as well as its current stage.

One of the best apps out there when you need to notify customers on order progress without emailing them. Daryl has been very helpful. It has helped reduce the " what is the status of my order? , "when will it arrive?" questions down 96%. I am very thankful.
