Stay AI Subscriptions App

Been with Stay for about six months now, and unfortunately it’s been another case of overpromising and underdelivering. During the sales process, I was told I’d have regular meetings with my Customer Success Manager, along with proactive recommendations and insights on how to optimize my subscription program. Since implementation, that simply hasn’t happened. The only interactions I’ve had with my CSM were when I reached out with questions. There have also been new features released during my time on the platform, yet I’ve received no outreach, guidance, or recommendations on whether they could benefit my business. The platform itself is solid. It works as advertised and I don’t have major complaints about the software. The problem is that a big part of the reason I chose Stay was the level of support that was promised during the sales process. I expected a proactive partner that would help identify opportunities to improve and grow my subscription program. Instead, the relationship has been largely reactive. If you’re unhappy with your current subscription platform’s support, Stay probably won’t solve that problem. The software is fine, but the service has fallen well short of expectations.

We've been using StayAI for 3 years and it's been a seamless experience. The platform just works, which is all you want from something you rely on daily. What really sets them apart is the support. The team from Stay has been amazing so far in helping with our setup and subscription program! We migrated from BOLD to Stay.ai and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Their team made the transition incredibly smooth with no problems or downtime. Since switching, we’ve had access to a much better analytics dashboard that actually gives us useful insights, and features like the cancellation survey have helped us better understand and reduce churn. Also the customer portal has also been a huge hit with our subscribers! Overall we are very happy with this switch over and cant wait to continue to grow using Stay!

Product is great, where Stay really shines is in their customer support. Whether it was learning the platform (super easy anyway), making changes, or working through technical issues - the team is extremely responsive and beyond helpful.

Switching over from recurly, we’ve had a great experience using Stay AI so far. It’s become one of those apps we rely on daily. The forecasting tools are incredibly helpful for planning inventory and understanding upcoming demand — it’s taken a lot of guesswork out of growth decisions. The ad-on link option and URL builder are also standout features for us. They make it easy to launch campaigns with clean, trackable links and see what’s actually driving conversions. What really sets Stay AI apart though is the customer support. The team (shoutout Chris) is always quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever we have questions or need setup help. If you’re running a Shopify store and want better forecasting, smoother ad tracking, and great support, I’d definitely recommend giving Stay AI a try.
