Our dedicated CSM Chris has been fantastic in helping me onboard to my new role within the company and understand how Stay AI has helped our company in the past - and brainstorm together on ways to get even more out of our relationship in the future. I am really excited to see new features they roll out as they continue to grow, and very pleased with the level of support in addition to the features that are currently available.

After running into frustrating hurdles with another subscription app due to our payment provider (Auth.net), we turned to Stay AI. The Stay team walked us through every challenge, and their Support Team went above and beyond. The onboarding process was smooth, fast, and completely frictionless. I'm beyond excited to finally have a reliable subscription platform powering our business. This experience has been such a breath of fresh air that we’re already planning to bring more of our brands over to Stay AI. Thank you, Stay Team. You crushed it.

We recently switched from PayWhirl to Stay AI. The onboarding was seamless and truly a 'white-glove' experience. Dare I say it was fantastic! Thomas expertly took us through the process, patiently answering all of our questions and ensuring we were set up for success. We were a bit nervous at the outset since we were moving around how we process payments, but Thomas put us at ease every step of the way. We're excited to take advantage of the capabilities Stay has to offer with retention flows, prepaid gift subscriptions, and more. Update 6 weeks in... we continue to receive outstanding customer support from the Stay team. Our customer service specialist, Morgan, is knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and supportive. We feel like we have a partner who is committed to our success.

We started using Stay AI for our non toxic baby marketplace and the onboarding was seamless. The customer support team was available to help us get onboarded quickly and the tool has been extremely helpful for our customers.

We transitioned to Stay 7 months ago. The transition was relatively smooth. The interface is much better than the subscription app we were using before, for us as well as the customers. There are constantly updates and improvements made to the app. Our Rep Karl is the best. Always available for questions and troubleshooting. We can totally recommend Stay AI!

We switched to Stay AI a few months ago and have been impressed with their service and the platform. Our onboarding process went smoothly. The customer portal is intuitive for our subscribers and the backend is easy for our team to use, and it has a lot of robust functionality. Our account manager has been super responsive and helpful. Overall, it's been a great experience.

Woocommerce subscriptions ported over with ease to Stay.AI. The entire staff is really great at what they do. 10/10 subscription platform. I use Stay on all my Shopify stores, and have never ran into any issues, literally ever. The best! - Matthew

We recently transitioned to Stay AI and while onboarding wasn't totally seamless (largely due to internal miscommunication...) it’s been a much better experience since getting up and running. Our dedicated CSM, Sophie, has been incredible: responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. The product team is receptive to feedback and actively improving the platform. There are some standout features already making a difference -our customers are engaging with them, and it's making an impact. Grateful to be seeing positive momentum and excited to keep growing with the Stay AI team!

Absolutely thrilled with our experience onboarding with Stay.ai! From start to finish, the process was not only seamless—it was anxiety REDUCING. A huge shoutout to Tom, our onboarding manager, who was nothing short of exceptional. He anticipated our questions before we even asked them and made what could have been a complex migration feel smooth, strategic, and even fun. The ease of use of the platform itself is a major win. Everything is intuitive, thoughtfully designed, and clearly built with both the store and customer in mind. What really stood out was how confident we felt during the migration process...something we don’t take for granted. We left every call with Tom feeling more and more reassured that we were in the right hands and making the right choice. If you're considering Stay.ai, do it. It's rare to find a platform that backs up its product with white-glove onboarding like this.
