The platform just works, the abilities to integrate with other platforms as well as customize the end user experience all just make sense, and the support team is responsive in a timely and thoughtful manner.

Been using Stay for a couple of years now - very easy interface and we love the new punch card feature. We have gained a ton of insights into retention via the retention engine, and could not have nicer things to say about our account rep! Thanks Stay!

We’ve been integrating Stay Ai into Humantra for the past two months, and it’s been an absolute dream. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and makes total sense for our product, ensuring a smooth experience for both us and our customers. The support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire process effortless. Everything has been running smoothly, and we’re already seeing the potential this has for our brand. Super excited to see how far we can take this - highly recommend!

Stay ai is AMAZING!! As a Marketing Tech Specialist, I've set up quite a few softwares for clients and I haven't seen a Subscription service that comes close into comparison with everything you're able to do with Stay ai. The customer service portal is definitely something your customers will love (and your CS people too) as they can manage their account so easily. Maria, Karl, and the team are wonderful to work with and they made setup a breeze!

I can't say enough good stuff about Stay.ai and their team (particularly Tom, who was in charge of our migration). I only wish we had found out about them earlier. Excellent product, and most importantly, outstanding customer support. Please, never lose this. Having been at a legacy subscription software, I've seen firsthand how 'unfriendly' such Apps can be, leaving stores to figure everything out by themselves. Keep on innovating and improving, most importantly never lose this DNA of customer-centricity. Stay AI has my unreserved recommendation.

We've just gotten started with Stay AI, but the process has been so simplified and easy to work with. The team is also incredibly helpful with any questions we have which is AMAZING. Typically, we'd have to watch videos or read through long Q&A's that don't even have to do with our problems - but the customer service here is next level with finding solutions. 100% recommend! UPDATE: we've been with Stay for 8 months now & Karl is the BEST! We had a dev problem with the Stay Block and Isis fixed it in less than 1 hour... love this team.

We recently made the switch to Stay for its user-friendly portal, better tools for launching customer experience campaigns, and top-notch support. Like any big transition, there were a few bumps (none the fault of Stay), but the onboarding team was fantastic - always ready to help and quick to resolve anything that came up. They even went the extra mile to sort out our buy box design and functionality on our landing pages. Huge thanks to our Customer Success Manager, Audrey, for consistently bringing fresh ideas to help grow our subscription program. We’re excited to see what’s next with Stay!

Stay AI has been so amazing to work with! The backend is easy to use, they have so many great ways of quickly running promotions and deals with our subscription products. Their front end and visuals are such a better customer experience as well! We moved from Recharge and it has been smooth sailing ever since. Their customer support is amazing and always there to step in and help with any issues.

This is the third subscription software we have used in 5 years. We are happy with Stay.AI. They did 98% of the onboarding for us, I can actually reach a live person by email or chat for customer support. We have a dedicated person who often is our support but also will brainstorm ideas to increase subscriptions, retention etc... (yay Sophie!) The portal is easier for our customers to use. What else can I say?

As a clothing business we had to jump through some hoops with Stay AI but in the end we were able to create something unique and new to the subscription world! Very excited about what this will become for our customer base, great introductory subscription program

We moved from another subscription provider to Stay about a year ago. I was initially concerned about potential revenue loss from switching, but the transition was seamless. Their level of personal support is exceptional—unlike some of the big players, where you often feel like just a number. With Stay, you’ll always get a thoughtful response within a day or so, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. No robotic replies—just real people who make you feel valued.

Working with Stay AI has been the best experience we have had working with an external vendor by a mile. The support we have received is nothing short of perfection, every team member is very knowledgable, organised, and most importantly the internal communication is flawless. Everyone is always ready to work and solve the most complex challenges, never fazed by an unsolvable problem. The endless opportunities to serve our audience with their tools make the whole experience with Stay AI exciting.

We've really enjoyed our onboarding with Stay AI. We were previously based on Wordpress and migrated to Shopify to help build and scale our ecommerce business. With that being said, subscriptions is a crucial tool for us to use and we were referred to Stay from our Shopify Developers. From A to Z, we were fully supported during the migration process and our migration rate of old subscribers was close to 100%. We're excited to see how this software can help unlock our growth potential and we feel like we are in the right hands!

This app has been a game-changer for our business! The integration and setup process couldn’t have been easier. The support team is incredibly responsive and resolved our issues the same day both times. Hands down, the best subscription app out there!

We've been using STAY.AI as a subscription platform for ARMRA and it is excellent. The dashboard is incredibly user friendly and I regularly use it as our Business Intelligence platform for all subscription related performance. The team at Stay has also been very supportive in customizing the dashboard and making product updates to fit our business needs. Our weekly check-ins with them have been so helpful and we appreciate the time and attention they give us. Stay is also always proactively looking to make improvements to create the best business and customer experiences with their app so I look forward to continuing to work with them and using the platform.
