We updated our app and it stopped working on mobile. Got on Chat with Ajani and he had it fixed in a couple minutes. Issue was on our end. Great support.

I have thousands of products so this app is wonderful for my customers. Especially the QuickBuy button. And now I wanted a tweak to get the quickbuy button to show on a product page that had almost like a collection page embedded into it and customer service/chat support Mohit helped me do it within 12 hours on a SUNDAY! This sounds like a frustrating experience, however, we feel compelled to note that you never reached out to us prior to leaving this negative review. Our app does not charge a percentage of each sale at all. You may have another app installed on your store that could be taking a percentage cut, or it could be a charge from Shopify. We will be reaching out via email with screenshots of the charges that you have paid us for the application to demonstrate that there was never a percentage taken out of your sales. We suggest you review any other apps on your store that could be taking 2% out of each sale. The Support Team

Super helpful support. There's always a bit of a learning curve with these apps, but they made instant custom changes that matched my theme when something didn't integrate perfectly with it out of the box. The whole thing took less than 5 minutes, and the support's hours actually align with mine, so that's a nice bonus. (No waiting 24-48 hours for email replies.)
