I honestly don't understand these good reviews: I've activated the plugin but it doesn't work on my website. Support is trying to fix it for 1+ day and nothing has happened so far.. In addition, I am missing a free plan. Hope they can get it to work. Hope they can get it to work since I would like to use it.

Hello KAISU, We are sorry you are experiencing this issue with our application. We have found that your script is loading, but the widgets are not working. This usually happens when there is an incompatibility between the theme and our app. We have escalated this issue to our developers and they have made this a priority to address. As far as the missing free plan, currently our app does not offer a free plan. We do offer a free trial period, which you are still currently in, and we are willing to extend that trial period once we get the issue resolved. This sticky add-to-cart app was not compatible with a bundle app I had installed. After going back and forth with customer support for about 3 weeks, we finally managed to find a solution (which had to be initiated by me many times). Since implementing the solution, the tracking of my pixel has literally halved. The support won't help me with this and keeps telling me that they have not changed anything, even though the moment from when the tracking fell through the floor is litteraly the day these guys implemented this "solution". No further help is given.

Terrible app. The app does not sync with live page. After edit and preview, the design look fine. But the actual live page never looks like the preview. The sticky button even overlap with other elements on the page, and prevent customers from navigating.

There is a circle with “sale” in every page and CAN NOT REMOVE!After the "sale" circle showed, i just deleted your app, but it just couldn't be removed still shows on my page. I am pretty sure that i got this problem after I installed your app. can you guys check this problem for me?:)

J'ai utilisé cette application et il y'a une grande problématique le ajout panier s'affiche deux fois sur la boutique et d'ailleurs ce que je reproche à cette application c'est que c'est un vrai chewing gum pour la retiré de son thème. Ca manque de chatbot pour répondre à nos problèmatiques..

Hi Le Hiboux, you are probably referring to the Sticky Checkout Bar which shows on cart page. You can enable/disable and adjust its settings in the app admin under the Sticky Checkout Bar tab. This app doesn't track regular add to carts I was wondering why it wasn't matching with my analytics. Not really that helpful if it can't track all of the data. Also when I asked for a refund they referred me to Shopify instead of refunding me directly. CS was not very good...

We tried to explain to you that what you want is Shopify analytics in your Shopify admin and referred to Shopify for more info. Our app DOES track all data related to its features. Even regular ATC button clicks when Skip Cart for regular button is enabled. No need to track regular ATC button when it is not part of the app and when there is already data available in Shopify admin. Have a great day!

After I installed this app on my store, the "continue shopping page" dissapeared. I contacted the shopify support and they told me it happend because this app and they also gave me a documentation for adding it back. I was not able to add it back because it requires to advanced coding skills. I strongly recomment not to install "Ad To Cart & Checkout BOOSTER PRO" becasue it can damage your store functionality.

There is no way our app can do anything to your store. It doesn't alter any part of your theme or store. Also once removed there are no remains of the app or code. We can guarantee that the issue had nothing to do with our app. Shopify support is not equipped to provide support for apps.
