Great app, really simple, reliable, and very easy to use for managing inventories. What really makes the difference though is the customer support, incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to solving any issue. A truly great experience overall!

Absolutely amazing software and unbeatable customer service! Been using Stock Take for months now and ran into my first issue today. I emailed the developer and got a response immediately!! The error was caused by my own doing in a previous take, which they actually already reached out TO ME in August to let me know about it. Developer proceeded to fix the issue today and I got back to business in no time. A phone call couldn't have beaten the speed of this customer service. Thanks again mate, it's the little things like this that motivate me to work harder!!

We switched our point of sale from Lightspeed to Shopify, and this was our first official inventory of the whole store. Using this app was incredibly easy and our whole team could participate making the timeframe of it manageable. Jordan was able to answer questions for me quickly and overall, it was an excellent experience. We are scaling our online business and having the right inventory numbers is essential to our success. We will continue to utilize this tool to do periodic stock takes. Very easy to use and we highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this app! It is very user friendly, easy to learn and it has so many options for reports to fit your needs! Couple that with the EXTRAORDINARY tech support....AMAZING. We have a HUGE inventory and the few bumps that I ran into (that I caused...some not even related to the stock takes) Jordan assisted me within just a few minutes and he even made recommendations for further assistance in different areas. Absolute 5 stars.

We absolutely love PML Stock Take! It’s flexible, accurate, and easy to use—whether doing full counts, cycle counts, or stock transfers. The new replenishment/transfer tool is brilliant, letting us move stock store‑to‑store or warehouse‑to‑store with barcode precision. CSV reporting keeps us organized. But best of all is Jordan’s support—he’s promptly added features based on our needs and works hard to make the app truly functional. Highly recommend for any growing, multi‑location retailer like us!

Just started using this app for transfer orders and stock counts, it's fantastic! Seamlessly integrated with Shopify POS system, making it a must have for any retail store. Jordan has been incredibly responsive to questions and I’m excited to see what future updates and features will bring. Highly recommended!

We started using PLM Stock Take in January and have loved the ease and efficiency of the app. Any time that we have a question, Justin has been readily available to answer and give a full, helpful answer. This app is a must for stores to keep inventory in check!

The app has worked great for us so far and the team at PLM Stock Take has been great to work with! It has been able to accommodate our large SKU count without an issue. Our team has been able to efficiently and accurately receive shipments not matter the size.

I am not sure what this app is for. As much as I dislike using Stocky, this app has fewer features. It charges like it has a lot of features to make stock-taking easy. It definitely would be a great app for very small stores. But the price it charges seems very high for having fewer features than the free Stocky app.

What makes us different to Stocky: We aim to provide the simplest and easiest stock taking experience on Shopify, unlike Stocky we integrate with Shopify POS and allow you to conduct stock takes on your mobile POS devices without having to be attached to a laptop for scanning. This provides greater flexibility and an experience optimised for mobile and your in store teams. We focus solely on stock taking and aim to make that as easy as possible for you and your teams. We've achieved Shopify Built for Shopify badge which they use to show apps of the highest experience, which is what we aim to provide. We have powerful reporting capabilities, allowing you to report & export on your current stock levels, easily find missing items and compare your stock take counts to your current stock levels. To help with auditing purposes you can also export all the individual scans, including device and staff information, and all your adjustment history for as long as you have used the app. Longer than the usual 90 days that Shopify provides. These reports aim to make it easier to see where your stock position is at and get a quicker and easier understanding of this than Stocky. We've had feedback that this has saved hours of time for people compared with their old processes. We have the ability when you action the stock take, to process it in a number of ways. You can Add the stock, for example if you are processing inbound stock to your store. Remove the stock if you are processing out damaged or faulty goods, and Set the stock level for example when cycle counting or stock taking only specific sections and stock the stock level and zero quantities not scanned, for full annual stock takes which gives you more flexibility on how you want to run your stock takes, and all this is audited so no need to manually zero stock levels in Shopify. We provide controls for how you run your stock take, whether your teams can manage the stock take on POS allowing for edits and store managers to run them independently. You also can control what the scanning experience is like, if each item needs to be confirmed, if you allow for manual number entry or automatically scanning. Allowing your teams to run stock takes the way that works best for you and them. You get support from myself when using the app, so I'm here to help if you need any different features or any changes outside the usual processes. Every retail store needs this app! It is the best product on the market. It doesn't matter how large or small your inventory is; this functions intuitively and is user-friendly. It shows up on your POS system, and you can scan it with your barcode scanner if you have one or with your phone. It tells you if there are multiple barcodes. The report when you are done; you don't have to worry if you are a numbers person but not an organized person. It is all taken care of for you. If you have tried any other inventory app, you will be blown away by this one! I can't say enough good things! I can't wait for more apps from this developer. This is so well thought out and essential to every business.

This inventory app is great! We are currently using it for the first time to carry out our annual inventory at over 30 POS locations. It's easy to install and you can even use mobile phones as scanners for counting. We have never carried out an inventory so simply and easily before! And in two special cases, we received an answer and solution very quickly on request. We will also use the app for interim inventories and will be happy to recommend it to others. Best regards, MS

I used PML Stock Take for a full store inventory count and will be keeping it to do cycle counting throughout the year. I did a bunch of research before choosing PML Stock Take and this app was the best I tested. It's very easy to use on any mobile device - tablet with Shopify POS, POS Go or a cell phone. It counts all SKUs/barcodes even draft and archived items. If you're unlucky enough to have the duplicate items in active and draft mode, the program is smart enough to count the active item rather than the draft item. Despite the time difference, Jordan was very quick to answer the few questions I had. My staff felt the same about the app and said this was the easiest count we ever did. The app itself worked fairly well for counting stock and comparing differences (you download a CSV file to use in Excel). Anything I needed help with, I emailed and they were extremely helpful. He was able to make large edits for me and answer questions timely. Great to work with!
