This inventory app is great! We are currently using it for the first time to carry out our annual inventory at over 30 POS locations. It's easy to install and you can even use mobile phones as scanners for counting. We have never carried out an inventory so simply and easily before! And in two special cases, we received an answer and solution very quickly on request. We will also use the app for interim inventories and will be happy to recommend it to others. Best regards, MS

I used PML Stock Take for a full store inventory count and will be keeping it to do cycle counting throughout the year. I did a bunch of research before choosing PML Stock Take and this app was the best I tested. It's very easy to use on any mobile device - tablet with Shopify POS, POS Go or a cell phone. It counts all SKUs/barcodes even draft and archived items. If you're unlucky enough to have the duplicate items in active and draft mode, the program is smart enough to count the active item rather than the draft item. Despite the time difference, Jordan was very quick to answer the few questions I had. My staff felt the same about the app and said this was the easiest count we ever did. The app itself worked fairly well for counting stock and comparing differences (you download a CSV file to use in Excel). Anything I needed help with, I emailed and they were extremely helpful. He was able to make large edits for me and answer questions timely. Great to work with!

Stock Take made counting stock so easy, I have thousands of SKUs and it was really quick, easy to sort data and I found it helped so much. For my business, taking action on the app doesn't work, so instead I archived the yearly stock count. I'm really hoping this App sticks around, it took all of the stress out of this task.

The product is fantastic! The actual count was somewhat faster but the calculations on the back end went from a couple of hours to 5 minutes! It was also wonderful to be able to zero out all the SKUs that we didn't count...that saved me a half day easily

I am really happy with this app. We have webshop and 5 retail stores, all use Shopify POS and without this app it would be a nightmare with stocktakes, we tried it once without... not again :) I recommend! Also really good customer service.

Very happy with this app. We are in Canada but Jordan is in the UK and we never had any issues contacting him for support. Very easy to use for our staff. Also, Jordan is very open to app suggestions and helping out. Definitely, worth it. A+++

Jordan helped us get started with this app and held our hands during our first stock count. It was a pleasure to deal with him and we were very impressed with his "hands on" customer service. We are closed on Sunday so this was the perfect opportunity to do the stock count without interrupting normal business hours. Jordan was there for us and available all day. Very impressed !

We've tested several different Shopify apps looking for a good solution to manage retail store cycle counts. Stock Take is the first one that's given us the tools we need! Jordan has also been great, working with us to implement some small changes that we requested.

I'm thrilled to have found Stock Take! Our brand has multiple retail locations, and we needed a more efficient way to handle quarterly inventories than manual counts. Stock Take provides a valuable service, allowing multiple employees to scan products, quickly update inventory, and compare stock levels before and after each scan. I highly recommend it for any brand with physical retail locations that needs accurate cycle counts.

This app is incredible and fills a serious gap in Shopify Inventory. Jordan, the app developer is so knowledgeable, responsive and kind. He has been influential in ensuring our store is successful in doing a full inventory count. We will continue to use this app after our inventory count for receiving new inventory. 10/10 download this app!

This app had everything I liked except a few issues. Its not as easy too figure out. it doesn’t have an excel option to download all products, it doesn’t have an option to delete or edit a stock take inventory count. I wasn’t able to use this app.
Thank you for your review. We are sorry it wasn't easy to figure out. To download products inventory, if it is in a stock take, you can do this via our Report & Export tool. This will email you a excel file with the inventory information. Or if you would like all your products inventory you can do this in Shopify, from the inventory tab using the Export button. To edit an inventory count, a stock take needs to have the option to be managed on POS, you can then edit the counts on your POS device, when viewing the stock take counts. We can help with configuring this, should you want to change a stock take after it has been created. We would really like to give you a demonstration of the app to help figure this out and help with your stock takes.

I shifted to a new POS last year and was really struggling with how to accomplish my annual full store stock take. My POS provided pointed me in the direction of this app and I was immediately hopeful that it would solve my dilemma. I am so happy to confirm! This app streamlined and improved our annual physical inventory process immensely! Additionally, Jordan, the app founder, was hands-on, with assistance in a timely fashion. I cannot express how thrilled I was with his personal customer service! I look forward to next year's inventory process being even better, thanks to the Stock Take app!

Working with Jordan has been exceptional. He has been a constant support for our team as we learned to utilize his app. Jordan has developed new features specifically for us that seamlessly integrate his app with our standard operating procedures (SOP), and he has expertly guided us through any challenges that arose. His customer service and technical assistance have been outstanding. In addition to the excellent support, the app itself is incredibly useful. It allows us to utilize the POS Go as a mobile scanning device, running up to 13 devices simultaneously. Jordan’s contributions have significantly enhanced our operational efficiency. We had an absolute mess and Jordon helped to fix it!! We were in the middle of closing one location to set up a new location. We had pulled items from the location that was closing and put it in the new location and we had taken things to the other existing store. A lot of back and forth with no true transfer of existing items. WHAT A MESS! Jordon helped us to make sense of the mess we had created. His willingness to be at our beck and call and promptly responding to any of our requests was amazing. He wasn’t limiting us to how the app was designed to work he actually customized many different things to accommodate our needs. I can’t say enough about the quality of the customer service experience we had with this developer. I highly recommend this app if you need help cleaning up inventory in Shopify. I know many sellers have posts about how they have been trying to clean up their inventory and feel lost. I assure you that Stock Take (Inventory Count) and Jordon will serve you well. If you are looking for an honest app developer that is willing to go all in to help correct your inventory count look no further. I encourage everyone with inventory count issues to choose this app. I can not imagine how we would have cleaned this up without Jordon. All the other apps were limited to what their software was designed to do and had no offer to customize anything. Jordon is amazing and this app is only going to get better and better as time goes on.

We have used this across 5 of our stores and find it so effective, especially when our employees can use multiple devices at once. It aligns with our Warehouse as well! Would highly recommend using this device.
