Glitchy and inefficient. We've used this app for many years. Now, though, you have multiple inventory locations, it won't read them all on the basic plan (and yes, customer service will try to sell you on a more expensive plan...) This app also does not accurately count inventory, which is the whole point!! After too many barcode and stock take inaccuracies, our company is moving to a better option.

You were on our older $10 plan from three years ago, which supported up to 5 inventory locations. Our current standard plan supports up to 10 locations for $15, which fits the needs of most Shopify merchants. You should never feel pressured to upgrade, and we’ll review our communication to ensure it stays helpful and transparent. Accuracy issues matter to us. Worked great, until it stopped working for some reason. Site is not available and if i delete and try to install there is alsways some error. If they get this fixed I would only recommend the app and change my review. Edited my review, they instantly fixed the issue - great support. The best feature about it is the ability to do a full stock take and delete the old stock which is for some reason not possible with nearly every other app and shopify itself also does not feature a full stock take within the app.

Be careful with this app. My team and I closed our retail store for several days to do a restock. Everything was going well until halfway through I hit the "refetch inventory" button. It corrupted all the data and now what I have on my shopify doesnt match what appears and pops up on BR Stocktake. Also, I have received no support from the team and I am paying a $15/month plan.
Thank you for your review. We typically respond within 8 hours to user emails when received outside business hours. This issue has now been resolved. The bug was triggered when multiple devices on one stocktake performed inventory refetches at the same time. We have implemented the following updates to prevent this: 1. Only one device can perform a refetch at any time. Other devices will now display a message asking the user to wait until the refetch process is completed. 2. You do not need to perform a refetch on every device. All other devices will automatically sync with the updated data the next time you click save. Todo perfecto, solo que cuando no hay internet a veces no se guarda, y se tiene que empezar de nuevo, también estaria increíble que conforme se van vendiendo las cosas se vayan descontando en tiempo real
