I requested a function that was not available on Stockful, and the support team built the function within the same day of my request! So far, we have enjoyed using this app and the support!
We’ve had a very positive experience with Stockful. The app itself is already very useful for managing inventory, reorder recommendations and purchasing, but what really stood out to us was the support. We had a few specific workflow requests for our business, including separate reorder recommendations by vendor and location, scheduled exports, and adding Barcode/EAN to the standard report and export. Luke from Stockful took the time to understand exactly what we needed, kept following up, and actually helped get the requested functionality working. The Barcode/EAN column was even added to the built-in Reorder Recommendations report and export, which is going to save us a lot of manual work. It’s rare to see support that is this responsive and genuinely willing to improve the product based on real-world feedback. Very happy with Stockful and definitely recommended for Shopify stores that want more control over inventory and purchasing.
Luke and the customer service has been incredible. He was able to implement changes and updates on the fly. We manage 3 international warehouses in the USA, Belgium, and China and we are able to track different lead times across each location. Excellent product!
This is the best app I've used yet, after using Shopify for over 5 years. The developer is incredibly responsive, listens to feedback and actually implements app improvements on the spot! I've checked out several stock management apps, and for the price and features, this app beats the rest by miles.
