Very promising inventory planning app, and exceptional developer support We are currently evaluating Stockful as a possible replacement for our existing inventory planning system for a Shopify store with several thousand SKUs and a fairly complex mix of stocked, seasonal and order-on-demand products. Our first experience has been extremely positive. During testing we identified two workflows that were important to us: automatically treating Shopify “continue selling when out of stock” variants as order-on-demand, and importing SKU-specific supplier lead times. I explained the use cases to Luke, and both features were implemented and live within hours. We are still putting the forecasting and replenishment functionality through a detailed comparison with our current system, so it is too early for us to comment on long-term performance. But the product is well thought out, and the responsiveness and willingness to understand real-world inventory requirements have been exceptional. A very promising app that is clearly being developed by someone who understands inventory management.
Since our previous Shopify app will soon no longer be supported, we had to look for a replacement. This app is much better, integrates seamlessly into the Shopify admin, and offers a full range of features. The app’s developer is very easy to reach, and any issues are resolved quickly. Highly recommended for stores that want to manage their inventory within Shopify.

Came across this app after using Inventory planner for almost 5 years. I wish I had found out about this app earlier. Great app for inventory forecasting and low stock alerts. It has a great UI and is easy to set up. I also really like how you can run a quick health check across all your products. Highly recommended!
The health check across every product is one of the features we're quietest about, so it's good to hear it's actually used. Forecasting also turned more self-tuning not long after you wrote this, building on exactly what you praised.

Really impressed with Stockful. The app is simple to set up and easy to use day-to-day. I requested a feature from the developer and it was live in the app in under a week. Setting up notifications in Slack was straightforward, so I no longer have to manually check inventory levels. It just runs in the background and pings me when something needs attention. Highly recommended.
A requested feature live in under a week is the kind of turnaround we try to hold onto, glad the Slack notifications now do the watching so you don't have to check manually.
A very effective and well designed app with clean, usable UI accessible directly from the Shopify admin. The developer was extremely quick and helpful when replying to my initial questions. Unfortunately I have a unique use-case for my business that is not compatible with the app (or any others I have tested), which is a shame because this app would otherwise be a pleasure to use. It is better than the 3-4 other popular inventory planning apps I have tested! I have no doubts that this app will be on top the review leader board for a long time.

Love this app - extremely helpful for keeping an eye on inventory velocities and reorder notifications. UI is very nice and intuitive, and the data is presented clearly. I wish we had this app years ago.
Clear data and reorder notifications doing their job is the whole point, so this is welcome to read. A new dashboard shipped in June built around exactly that kind of at-a-glance view.
Stockful's been a great help to us with it's reporting features. We've been able to remove annoying workflowss that helped us track our inventory and replace them all with this one app. Having daily and weekly reports exported and automatically sent to the right people really helped us to stay in sync with our inventory.
Trading a pile of manual workflows for one set of automated reports is exactly the kind of change we hoped Stockful would make possible. Thank you for spelling out how the daily and weekly reports keep everyone in sync.
Just what we needed to help with re-ordering stock. A must have for any ecom business, I highly recommend it!
Reordering is exactly what we set out to fix, so it means a lot that it landed for you. There's now a dedicated restocking command centre in the app, for when reordering gets more complex.
