Stockie Inventory Management

Great App, like many things about it over our last App. Does need a link for printing stickers from purchase orders.

YES! Exactly what we needed. Far too many over-bloated, expensive inventory apps out there, Stockie is the antidote. Stockie has the simplicity of the original Stocky but with the advantage of hugely upgraded features where needed. Highlights are: 1. Ability to set long ‘lookback periods’ to smooth out the average sales per SKU (useful for stores selling alot of variants but with low sales quantity per variant) 2. Stockie will ignore ‘out of stock days’ when forecasting quantity to order. This is invaluable as it allows for accurate predictions of a) New products, and B) Products which were not available for a period of time 3. Purchase orders have the ability to add columns for ‘Qty Sold’ over the past 30, 60 & 90 days. Extremely useful. You can see your sales history at a glance without clicking out of the PO. 4. Ability to set ‘Restock to’ period per supplier 5. Ability to set manual min/max stock per SKU (so you can set some items to always replenish to a certain level). I’m told that in the future it will have the functionality to have a hybrid between a manual stock level and a forecasted level, so you can say “Keep at least 2 of these in stock”, but if your forecast suggests you need more it will override that quantity. This will be very useful. 6. Works with Bundles app so you can track your inventory on products in Bundles 7. ‘Stocktake’ feature. Yes please. Thanks! Additionally, Jake has been a Yes-person from the get go. Adding useful updates when requested. Stockie will genuinely save me hours of time per week Vs Stocky. Couldn’t ask for much more.

The Stockie Inventory Management app has been a true step up from our old Stocky app for Shopify. It lets you setup your inventory forecasting by location and actual sales history with ABC ranking features and endless sorting and data export options directly to .xlsx files. Exporting barcode labels to Yanet barcode labels and our Avery label sheets works very well. We can easily create draft POs using the forecasting, tweak them if needed and email them to our vendors. The support from Jake has been incredible, not that we needed support on any problems, more about our questions and getting advice on how best to configure our particular situation than anything else. Thank you Jake for creating an amazing inventory management app for Shopify to replace Stocky!

You need this app! We were overwhelmed with having to change our purchasing software after almost 8 years with Stocky, but the transition to Stockie has been so seamless for us. Jake and team have been so wonderful and answer questions so quickly. We are excited to continue to grow with Stockie!

Full 5 star experience right off the bat, from the initial inquiry to full implementation. We were super nervous about losing Stocky, as we used it heavily. We searched for a solid replacment, and finding Stockie was a big sigh of relief. In the years of doing this, we haven't had as good of an experience with integrating a new program into our system. Just the simple thing of getting answers to emails can be difficult. Not with Stockie though....they're super on top of it! That's greatly appreciated. The functionality is great and the level of customization we needed was met thoroughly. We definitely recommend Stockie for sure.
