With our old inventory platform going away, I was looking for an alternative option to create and receive purchase orders, manage product costs and maintain accurate profit reporting. We recently switched to Stockie and so far it has really impressed me with the well thought out details other inventory management platforms lack. Jake was very quick to respond and helped me get data imported from our previous platform (thank you!). I'm really excited about the easy to read visuals for inventory health and automatic average cost syncing with Shopify.

Great supplemental insights that are missing from the Shopify platform (though they are standard analytics for procurement + inventory management). Takes a little to get used to but support is very helpful. I've yet to come across an issue that wasn't resolved or a view that I needed that they were not able to provide.

Intuitive and simple to use yet very powerful. Other purchasing apps can be complicated. Customer service is very responsive to the needs of their users. I wish we had changed over sooner.

We are so happy to be working with Stockie! We found out that our previous inventory management provider way going away and after the initial panic we did our research and chose Stockie. We went into it looking for something that might come close to what we had. Thanks to the developers at Stockie who really "listened" to what was important to us and what we wanted/needed, we now have a tool that is vital in helping us manage our inventory. From the ease of creating a purchase order, to the A,B,C product ratings and the functionality to receive and print barcode labels - Stockie is now an inegral part of day to day operations.

The app is comprehensive and is an improvement on Lightspeed Retail X inventory management and reporting. Also, the developer is very responsive for support and very open to suggestions for improvement.

Really helpful dev team, Jake has been very responsive to any queries, logged suggestions & implemented improvements. The Forecasting dashboard is perfect, it is the best one we have used to date. We have been using it for 2 months now. Previously we didn't have oversight of our overstock & this is helping to release cashflow, storage space & better manage our inventory requirements

Moved to Stockie to replace Stocky. Using the higher level that includes placing orders. Have a good 300 to 400 products to manage. Tried a couple of other Stocky alternatives before Stockie. Amazing service and help. Hope this will be the last time I have to change inventory management providers but really pleased so far and expecting to stay with Stockie long-term.

Great App, like many things about it over our last App. Does need a link for printing stickers from purchase orders.
Thank you so much for this, we really appreciate you taking the time to review us and we're so glad the switch has been a good one. On printing stickers from purchase orders, it's something we've been chatting through with you over email. As mentioned, there are two routes: you can export a barcode CSV straight from any purchase order and import it into your label app, and we'll set the column format up to match whatever your app expects. Or our new companion app, Stockie Barcode Labels, prints labels directly from a purchase order with the products and quantities already loaded. YES! Exactly what we needed. Far too many over-bloated, expensive inventory apps out there, Stockie is the antidote. Stockie has the simplicity of the original Stocky but with the advantage of hugely upgraded features where needed. Highlights are: 1. Ability to set long ‘lookback periods’ to smooth out the average sales per SKU (useful for stores selling alot of variants but with low sales quantity per variant) 2. Stockie will ignore ‘out of stock days’ when forecasting quantity to order. This is invaluable as it allows for accurate predictions of a) New products, and B) Products which were not available for a period of time 3. Purchase orders have the ability to add columns for ‘Qty Sold’ over the past 30, 60 & 90 days. Extremely useful. You can see your sales history at a glance without clicking out of the PO. 4. Ability to set ‘Restock to’ period per supplier 5. Ability to set manual min/max stock per SKU (so you can set some items to always replenish to a certain level). I’m told that in the future it will have the functionality to have a hybrid between a manual stock level and a forecasted level, so you can say “Keep at least 2 of these in stock”, but if your forecast suggests you need more it will override that quantity. This will be very useful. 6. Works with Bundles app so you can track your inventory on products in Bundles 7. ‘Stocktake’ feature. Yes please. Thanks! Additionally, Jake has been a Yes-person from the get go. Adding useful updates when requested. Stockie will genuinely save me hours of time per week Vs Stocky. Couldn’t ask for much more.

The Stockie Inventory Management app has been a true step up from our old Stocky app for Shopify. It lets you setup your inventory forecasting by location and actual sales history with ABC ranking features and endless sorting and data export options directly to .xlsx files. Exporting barcode labels to Yanet barcode labels and our Avery label sheets works very well. We can easily create draft POs using the forecasting, tweak them if needed and email them to our vendors. The support from Jake has been incredible, not that we needed support on any problems, more about our questions and getting advice on how best to configure our particular situation than anything else. Thank you Jake for creating an amazing inventory management app for Shopify to replace Stocky!

You need this app! We were overwhelmed with having to change our purchasing software after almost 8 years with Stocky, but the transition to Stockie has been so seamless for us. Jake and team have been so wonderful and answer questions so quickly. We are excited to continue to grow with Stockie!

Full 5 star experience right off the bat, from the initial inquiry to full implementation. We were super nervous about losing Stocky, as we used it heavily. We searched for a solid replacment, and finding Stockie was a big sigh of relief. In the years of doing this, we haven't had as good of an experience with integrating a new program into our system. Just the simple thing of getting answers to emails can be difficult. Not with Stockie though....they're super on top of it! That's greatly appreciated. The functionality is great and the level of customization we needed was met thoroughly. We definitely recommend Stockie for sure.

We've been searching for a replacement for Stocky, and Stockie has been the standout solution. The app has a clean, intuitive interface and, more importantly, the team is incredibly responsive. During our implementation we identified a few workflow improvements that would make day-to-day purchasing easier. Jake and the team not only listened to the feedback, they implemented the changes almost immediately. The level of support has been exceptional. It's rare to find developers who are so engaged with their users and genuinely committed to improving their product. Stockie is already saving us time, and with the pace of development we're confident it will continue to get even better.
