After Shopifys original Stocky went down, we as a business were very concerned because some of the reports we rely on weren't available anywhere. I reached out to these guys a month before the original app was planned to close down, and they communicated really well with us and genuinely wanted to help. Within 4 weeks the report we needed was built and turns out, was even better than the one we had been using for many years (for those reading, we needed to be able to see current inventory vs units old on the same report and filter between sales source, locations and dates whilst being able to minimise the data using product filters) The Stockie team have genuinely excelled our expectations, been crystal clear throughout with their comms and probably one of the best customer service experiences ive had from a company

We previously used Stocky and were worried about finding a good replacement but this app is perfect. In fact it's better than Stocky. We are a medium sized retail store with about 150 suppliers and we have to generate lots of complicated purchase orders because those suppliers can't always deliver what we want. This app handles it all well. We also need to print barcode labels which this does well. The support from their team has also being amazing. I'd strongly recommend it.

This app works very Similar to the old Stocky App! Wonderful Tech support if you need help in understanding how to use it. I have ask multiple questions and have always received a very detailed step by step guide on how to use it. Customer service is something that seems to be a thing of the past but with Stockie Inventory Management that is not the case. I highly recommend their product!

If you were used to using the old Stocky app on Shopify this has the same functionality and so much more! super easy to transition and a great introduction/training period when you first launch. Feature rich! affordable! and great customer service for any need, very responsive.

The most useful app we have added to our store and a massive time and money saver for inventory management. The support is quick and helpful. After researching a lot of the options, Stockie is easily the best one we have come across.

I didn't think it was possible to get better than Stocky, But this app has far exceeded my expectations. I also love when a develpor will listen and respond with the end user. When Shopify stopped offering Stocky, it was a challenge for us to find an app that truly met our needs. I tried a few different ones, always disappointed with the features or lack of support. We then discovered Stockie Inventory Management, which was yet another app to learn and test amidst operating the business daily, which is no small feat as the "old dog learning new tricks" that I am Jake, the co-founder of Stockie, has been beyond amazing, going above and beyond to work with me, assisting with the speed bumps of my learning curve with clear detailed guidance, quick responses and fabulous support. It's only been a short time for me working with Stockie but already we know that we have definitely found THE app for our retail business, which not only offers all that Stocky did, but above and beyond, with functions that will make inventory management and reporting more effective and streamlined. The best customer service you will ever receive, hands on! The reporting options will help with the growth of our business. Whenever I have asked is there an option and the answer is don't worry we are working on it. Boom within a short time the option is available. We as many of you were skeptical what we would use for merchandise reporting and inventory control when Stocky shut down August 31st. I tried at least 6 others and not even close to what we needed. Switching from Stocky with a y was a great process. I was walked through what was needed, and they did most of the hard work for me. Set up was a breeze and I'm getting used to the User Interface. Nothing is missing if you're a Stocky convert, you will find it's pretty seamless to use. What makes it superb is the super responsive, and excellent, customer service. Highly recommend.

I started using this app a few months ago and it was pretty simple to learn the ropes. It's easy to use and when I had a small issue, I was helped by an actual person in such a short amount of time. I would recommend using this Stockie app to anyone that's managing a small business! Thank you!

With our old inventory platform going away, I was looking for an alternative option to create and receive purchase orders, manage product costs and maintain accurate profit reporting. We recently switched to Stockie and so far it has really impressed me with the well thought out details other inventory management platforms lack. Jake was very quick to respond and helped me get data imported from our previous platform (thank you!). I'm really excited about the easy to read visuals for inventory health and automatic average cost syncing with Shopify.

Great supplemental insights that are missing from the Shopify platform (though they are standard analytics for procurement + inventory management). Takes a little to get used to but support is very helpful. I've yet to come across an issue that wasn't resolved or a view that I needed that they were not able to provide.
