Stockie Inventory Management

I NEVER write reviews but I had to write this one. Like most Shopify customers when notified that Stocky was being deprecated, I was (as usual) pissed off at Shopify. Then along comes these guys from Stockie and their fantastic level of support as we integrate and the willingness sto listen to our suggestions on how to make the systems work better. Connections to AI and the power of Stockie are significantly changing the way we do business and is cutting much of our manual labor caused by Shopify and Stocky to a bare minimum along with fantastic ways to automate things I never thought of before. These guys are responsive and efficient. Pay for this app - you wont regret it!

Great support and service!

This app has been such a huge help in rebuilding inventory and restructuring the daily routines. It is flexible and works incredibly clever with the features in Shopify. Customer support is excellent. Can only recommend this app.

Still navigating everything that Stockie has to offer. (Never used Stocky as it was being discontinued when we changed to Shopify, so I don't have it as a reference point.) Simple interface that allows me to customize. Whenever I've asked a question, I received a very pleasant response within a day. It is nice to know that the developers are actively working on making the app better and are listening to user input. I tried a couple of other stock management apps before this, and this is the one that I will be keeping.

Best app for Shopify inventory management!

It's been a great addition to our Shopify inventory support systems and continues to evolve and improve which we appreciate.

Stockie has made purchasing across our 5 stores much easier. Jake and the support team are quick, careful and genuinely helpful. Great app.

We have four locations and Stockie has been an amazing transition from the Shopify Stocky. Their team was so helpful at integrating our old purchase orders into the new system. It has features that have been a game changer in the way we handle our operations. Shopify Transfers could not meet our needs with its limited functions. Highly recommend making the switch if you need an efficient inventory management and receiving system.

I like the app. The only thing I wish forecasting would do is include items with 0 on hand. There are several seasonal items that can be out. Sometimes it's out longer than the sales window is looking at. Stocky did this. If it's 0 available I still want it on a purchase order with out using a separate report to find those items.

Stockie has been a helpful tool as we transition our purchasing and inventory management to Shopify. The forecasting and purchase order features are valuable for planning orders and keeping purchasing organized, and the customization options allow us to tailor it to our store’s needs. Their team has been incredibly helpful and responsive, taking the time to answer all of our questions as we learn the system. We truly appreciate their support!

We've been using Stockie as a replacement for our former PO manager. But the real move to Stockie wasn't just for a new PO writer, it was for the inventory forecasting that works unbelievably well. With some easy setup and then a few clicks of the mouse we can quickly see not only which products we need to order but we are given extremely accurate suggestions on how many we need to order and when we need to place the order. Another great feature is seeing how long the inventory on hand should last based on recent sale data. We might see we're down to 2 of an item but the sales data shows that's actually 30 days worth of inventory, no need to order more and tie up capital when other items have a 10x sell through rate. The last part is the probably the most important part and that's customer service. Before subscribing I emailed Stockie to ask a couple questions and I got a fast reply from Jake, one of the co-founders, with amazingly good info and help. Since subscribing we've emailed with a few setup and feature questions and every time we get a timely and thorough response that is fantastic. Having dealt with a lot of apps in the past that have very bad over seas tech support, Stockie is a breath of fresh air. We are excited to see how much time we save on inventory ordering as we move into our busy season and we can already see this app is going to save us money on helping us order exactly what we need, when we need it.

A great Stocky replacement! It has pretty much everything we need, and they are actively adding and fixing things to make it better. We have been using it for two months and within that time they have added multiple features that we used regularly in the old Stocky. When I reach out with a question, request a feature, or report a bug the Co-founder, Jake, responds the same day or next day.

Jake and the Stockie team has been incredinly supportive during the transition to their app. They have answered our questions quickly, helped us find the answers or let us know why something may not be possible. HIGHLY recommend it you are looking for the next best version of Stocky.

We moved Old Coleman Parts from X-Cart to Shopify, and Stockie has made a big difference for us. We manage around 1,200 individual products and used to spend a few days each month sorting out inventory. Even with that effort, we still made mistakes. Now that work happens automatically, and it’s more accurate. Our employees can understand and use it easily, and the reporting is great. As the owner, it’s taken a lot of worry off my plate and given us time back to focus on running the business. I’d recommend Stockie to any small business spending too much time manually figuring out what to reorder.
