We’ve had a smooth experience using Storebot AI on our Shopify store. The chatbot was super easy to integrate, user-friendly, and a real time-saver for automating customer support. The cool thing is, it also comes with a free trial so you can test it out before committing. At first, I was unsure about training an AI system, but the Storebot AI team was incredibly helpful they even extended our trial and guided us step-by-step. Now, Storebot AI not only handles support queries efficiently but also helps drive more sales by instantly responding to customers.
