RP ProMap ‑ Store Locator

I really like the app and the service good too! We have a small issue at the beginning but they were helpful in fixing the problem.

App works as expected and support is there and helpful when you need it! Currently use for two of our stores!

This app works well for our needs for locating dealer stores. We were able to customize most everything we needed. Secomapp support was super responsive before and after purchase to help us get it dialed in. Thanks guys!

Had some initial trouble with the map locator but support was very responsive and quickly solved my issue.

Very easy to set up and use. The ability to mess around with a store's unique icons and to change the look of the map is also great. I also really like the filters function if you have stores that specialize in different areas.

The app do what it says. It comes with many customizing options, and the support team is Awesome. No doubt I would recommend it.

Best app for the price. Any other locator app was about twice as expensive and did the same thing. Nice work Secomapp Team!

I was able to contact support and they helped me same day with a customization request. Very easy to use and packed with features. Some other store locators limit store lists to 300, not this one. A+

Two positives: The app itself - look and function - is VERY nice. Allows the List of locations as well as a map of the locations. Secondly, the support was very helpful. The only downside, and I almost hate to call it that, was that the documentation did not clearly enough (in my mind) show all of the Google Map APIs that had to be implemented. This is why I ended up needing support. However, they were so quick and helpful with the support that I really hate to mention it. I highly recommend it.

The store locator APP is excellent. I needed a fix on integrating to the page on my theme. I asked for the correction in the evening, and the fix was done immediately by the next morning. Excellent service. The functionality of the APP allows us to provide consumers with the nearest and best matching store that has the product on their floor so that they do not waste time finding what they need. My updated review now after using the APP for a year. We had a minor problem and were assisted to resolve quickly to our satisfaction. Great APP!

Updated: best support team!!! Reviewed various apps and selected this app for function and price point. I have not bee disappointed. Works well, feature rich and a very responsive support team! CSV load works well and simplifies bulk loads, too! Did I mention outstanding customer service!

3/24/2020-Store Locator continues to be a wonderful app with exceptional personalized support. Highly Recommend! I looked at all the Store Locator apps to use with Shopify, tried out a few and decided on Secomapp Store Locator for our website. We grew so rapidly that new locations were hard to keep up with so having the bulk import that worked perfectly was huge help. Had a couple of support issues that were cleared up so quickly through the Secomopp support people, they are so quick to respond and kind and helpful, Thank YOU! Highly recommend! PS getting 14 days to try it out was super helpful too as it wasn't always easy to find the time or to assess it - 14 days is perfect.

Support team is responsive, but the app is limited and not able to easily edit your profile/store. Would not recommend if you need to ever make edits to your store including name or store marker.

Solid app that is fairly easy to update with a .csv file upload. Tech support is helpful as well and quite prompt in solving any issues.

We use this app for over 8000 locations and it was super easy to setup thanks to the tech-support -- they were awesome!
