The support team is incredibly helpful. I was having difficulty getting my stores addresses and locations to match and they were a huge help in solving the problem and having everything match up. Thank you so much to the support team, especially Peter for helping me time and time again!

Best app for the price. Any other locator app was about twice as expensive and did the same thing. Nice work Secomapp Team!

I was able to contact support and they helped me same day with a customization request. Very easy to use and packed with features. Some other store locators limit store lists to 300, not this one. A+

The app itself is very easy to use and a fair amount of customization available. I've had a few things that needed modification that is beyond my knowledge so I had to contact their support team several times. Support is always very helpful, thorough, and fast. Overall very satisfied with this app and its support staff.

Love it! It's really easy to use and you can customize colours, tags and more. I would definetly recommend!

Two positives: The app itself - look and function - is VERY nice. Allows the List of locations as well as a map of the locations. Secondly, the support was very helpful. The only downside, and I almost hate to call it that, was that the documentation did not clearly enough (in my mind) show all of the Google Map APIs that had to be implemented. This is why I ended up needing support. However, they were so quick and helpful with the support that I really hate to mention it. I highly recommend it.

We used this app as a way for our customer to find stockings of our beer. We contacted support for small customisation to the code and URL and it was completed extremely fast! Great team, highly recommend.

I use this app on 2 Shopify stores and it works brilliantly. The support from Peter is superb, he is incredibly helpful. I would recommend this app to anyone with a chain of retail stores.

Very cool to see an interactive map to show my customers where they can pick up some Swamp Dragon hot sauce as I continue to expand. It was kinda over my head to set up the Google API stuff, but with email support, I was able to figure it out and get everything working. Once it's functional, it's really cool, and I think it's very important since I not only sell through Shopify, but also through national distribution.

The store locator APP is excellent. I needed a fix on integrating to the page on my theme. I asked for the correction in the evening, and the fix was done immediately by the next morning. Excellent service. The functionality of the APP allows us to provide consumers with the nearest and best matching store that has the product on their floor so that they do not waste time finding what they need. My updated review now after using the APP for a year. We had a minor problem and were assisted to resolve quickly to our satisfaction. Great APP!

Only just started using this app, but have been extremely happy with fast and friendly support from Secomapp team. They have gone above and beyond to get everything working and overall look in keeping with overall store. Thanks!

Updated: best support team!!! Reviewed various apps and selected this app for function and price point. I have not bee disappointed. Works well, feature rich and a very responsive support team! CSV load works well and simplifies bulk loads, too! Did I mention outstanding customer service!

3/24/2020-Store Locator continues to be a wonderful app with exceptional personalized support. Highly Recommend! I looked at all the Store Locator apps to use with Shopify, tried out a few and decided on Secomapp Store Locator for our website. We grew so rapidly that new locations were hard to keep up with so having the bulk import that worked perfectly was huge help. Had a couple of support issues that were cleared up so quickly through the Secomopp support people, they are so quick to respond and kind and helpful, Thank YOU! Highly recommend! PS getting 14 days to try it out was super helpful too as it wasn't always easy to find the time or to assess it - 14 days is perfect.

Support team is responsive, but the app is limited and not able to easily edit your profile/store. Would not recommend if you need to ever make edits to your store including name or store marker.

Solid app that is fairly easy to update with a .csv file upload. Tech support is helpful as well and quite prompt in solving any issues.
