This app has made our online shopify site much easier to communicate to our customers that we are a curbside pickup shop only. Prior to this we were having to refund orders that assumed we would provide shipping even though our main page stated we did not provide that service. Constantin worked with us to help clarify that we were a pickup Instore site only and eliminated all confusion for the customers. The pickup information collected at checkout will be a huge bonus for us to make sure we get the customer email and cell as well as a time and date for pickup. We also now have a way to send them notification after we fulfill the order. Prior to the app we could not send this because it confused customer with tracking data that is standard dialog for shopify itself. Constantin worked with us on our needs for the app to work seamlessly and efficiently for our store. We gave him limited access to our site. He even worked this out for us on a Saturday. Above and beyond and would recommend this app to anyone else needing help with pickup instore issues.

This app is amazing & solved all my problems. I now have custom pick up & delivery options in my checkout of my store. Whats equally (if not more) amazing is Constantin's customer service. Talk about going above & beyond (even adding me a custom text box for customer instructions) Constantin has helped me on 5 separate occasions & has literally replied within minutes. Im still under my free trial & yet Constantin has done all this custom work for me. Well worth all these 5 star reviews. You wont find a better app like this or better service anywhere else on Shopify

I use this app to set up my local pick up location options for my customers and it is simply a breeze.. the support customer service rep Constantin was simply amazing! She set everything up almost immediately when I signed up. Thank you so much I love this feature for my store

This App has been a god send especially during covid , offering click and collect in such a simple way has been brilliant, Constantin has been great with little tweaks to make it sync better with our pages and brand . A Definate must have on Shopify if you have a shopfront as well as online store. Love love love it.

Couldn't be happier with the functionality and user experience this app has given me. I've been using it trouble-free for about 6 months now. During that time, I've needed some help from the developer to implement some enhancements. Hands down the best app - they helped me set it up A-Z and due to COVID i kept having to make changes to my address etc they would do all of the internal changes for me in seconds - amazing customer service.

This app has worked great for us to schedule local pickups while our storefront remains closed during COVID. Customers seems to find it easy to use and set-up was great for us. We have needed to make a couple of minor adjustments and the developer has been super responsive and has helped us with anything we've asked. Highly recommend tryin g this app if you need something flexible and easy to use!
