Slow app, with many bugs. They have to add delivery range option, intead of putting 1 by1. Some time app takes more than5 minute, just to load.

We pride ourselves in providing top notch support and fix any issues if they arise as fast as possible. Our app is being used by thousands of stores without any problems. We are processing millions of orders per month and all the features are listed in the app's description. If you require any specific option, please let us know and we would be more than happy to include it in future version releases.

Completely flawed. You have to add your locations manually inside the app. It does not pull your locations from Shopify, therefore your inventory is not connected to a location and it will allow you to sell out of stock products. I honestly don't know how others think this app is 5 stars. There are other pickup apps for cheaper that tie stock to the location and will not allow checkout if items are out of stock. If they added this function, I'd say the app was perfect but for now, it's practically useless.

I found this app to be highly flawed. I had several error messages trying to use the radio button for pickup in store, then had to choose the store address vs my regular shipping address and felt that may be lost on the customer. Despite several tries I was unable to make a purchase from my own store with in-store pickup as an option.
