This plugin worked as advertised, but what is even more incredible is the developer of the app. He responds to questions almost immediately and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He even went beyond his scope and help us to troubleshoot an issue that was unrelated to his app. A+ rating for sure. Get this app if you need store pickup option on your store. AAA+

This is a fantastic app it really has made the pick up from store so much easier for both my customers and myself for processing. I did need help setting it up but Constantin was so helpful and replied to my messages straight away. Thank you so much Constantin for all your help!

The app was very easy to install. I had an issue with it not showing on the cart page and it was resolved in less than 15 minutes. I can't wait to use the app more. This is a great option for our local customers and avoids having to create a shipping fee for in store pickup.

This app has been working great so far. I have to commend the 5 star support from the team to help us install the app and make sure that it is working correctly with our current workflow. We installed this and had customers electing to pick up in our store within 24 hours! Great app and much easier than the discount code workarounds we tried doing before. -David

This app was the perfect solution to my in-store pickup needs. I own a salon but also have an online store. Many people purchase in the area because shipping can get very expensive (especially when ordering one item) I could not figure it out until I searched and found this app. It was easy to install and the customer service is fast and very helpful. I honestly had no plans for installing a paid app until this app proved that it was worth it. If you offer convenient pickup to your customers then go ahead and download this app. Thank me later. This is a lifesaver (or business saver) for me.

I’m excited to use this App! Before I had free local pick up as a regular shipping option and people living on the other side of the US would select it and get upset that I was charging them shipping when they knew they weren’t picking up the order. Now with this app, im able to assign the local pickup to my state and only those in my state can see I offer store pick up. Excited to see the first customer to select this option going forward! Thank you Constantin for your assistance with the minor bugs I encountered. You are quick to respond and a great help!

Just started using the app and ran into some issues getting it to work. Contact support and they got to me ASAP, they where fast and super friendly. Turned out that I had some old continue from other uninstalled apps messing with it. The support team got in and cleaned up all that mess and started working smoothly! Thank you again!

Great App for a simple in store collect button to add to your cart. Constantin from support was a great help in customizing the button for me, hiding it from the Catalog, and adding a recommended image for me. Would highly recommend this App.

After using this app for a couple of months, it has become a necessity in our retail store. We worked with Josh while testing this app to figure out how we could offer pickups in a way that integrated with our store easily, collected all the information we would need and ensure that the process was relatively painless for our customers. We previously experimented with offering a "free" shipping option, but found customers selected it by accident, it didn't allow for club members/family to pickup orders and we couldn't ascertain when the customer actually wanted to pick the order up or enforce limits. We've found that a large number of our local customers use our online store to browse our products in advance. Having the pickup option available for them lets them get in on online sales and limited time offers, without having to pay shipping. It has also cut down on the number of phone orders we have had to take which take up a lot of our day. We also have several large events a year where people come all over the country. This app allows them to purchase products in advance to ensure they have them ready.
