Really Great App. Prior to using this we would constantly have customers place orders after a clearly communicated cut off time and receive complaints when they couldnt be filled. I had a request which was fulfilled within an hour or 2 of asking. More than i expected or could have asked for.

We've been using this app for over a year now on our site and it has been wonderful. Our customers have no trouble at all using it and it's nice to set some of the settings for how long a customer has to pick up their order. You can also set black out dates too which is nice if you have odd hours or take vacations. Best part is, is the quick response from the developer. We had our first issue today where it stopped working and instead kept telling customer to ship items instead of pick up. Within an hour of emailing the developer, they were able to find the problem and fix it. An employee had accidentally archived the In-Store Product (this is created automatically when you install the app). Very impressed with the quick communication and solution solving.

I have used this app for a long time. It really works great! We needed to be able to let customers know they could pick up their order. We also need more information such as who was picking up, what day and time. Since all our coffee and teas are made to order we needed an ability to allow for time between ordering and picking up. We also need a cut off time and a way for customer to not schedule a pick up on holidays when we were closed. We are very happy. If we have a question or needed help, we received a prompt reply with the help we needed. Thanks for a great app!

I used the trial version of this and it was great! I had to chat in with support to have them help me get it set up the way I wanted to and the really went above and beyond in helping me. Its a great app that allows us to let our customers pickup at any of our various locations

Update: Constantin has been AMAZING. Very quick response time and has been able to fix any issue we've had! ------------- I've had lots of trouble navigating the app, however the customer service chat is SUPER helpful and was even able to write script to do what I needed- while we were chatting.
