The app is worth more than 5 stars. The support was great, within a few minutes I was helped via email. Since we are only allowed to offer pickup in Germany at this time, the app is wonderful. Easy setup, also works great with custom themes. Very satisfied and will highly recommend the app.

They deserve 6 stars. We use this app because shopify's pick up system isn't compatible with having multiple locations with only one location used for online order fulfillment. They set it up for you quickly and easily, and will go above and beyond for you.

We added this app back in March 2020 to respond to the COVID-19 crisis and lockdown in our area. It quite literally saved our business by allowing us to offer curbside pickup to our customers. We are forever grateful and thankful for this app. An added bonus is the customer service is awesome! I would recommend this app to any company looking for a more customizable curbside pickup experience. The ability to tag orders based on time and location makes it easy to filter orders and ensure everything is ready for pickup at the designated times.

This app is amazing considering how cheap it is per month. We needed a few things tweaked on it so it would work with our store and the support has been nothing but quick, patient, and accommodating. If you are looking for an app for curbside pickup scheduling this one is perfect! :)

We use this app so customers can choose pick-up in-store. We have multiple locations and it works great. We did have issues with charging the correct taxes, but we received help the same day we asked for it. A few months later, we changed our theme so the pick up stopped working. We contacted support and it was fixed an hour later. The customer service is fast and very helpful!

As a result of COVID changes to our business we transitioned our business from in person retail sales to a curbside model, exclusively online. Finding the Store Pickup Click and Collect app was our dream come true. Constantin has been a gem in helping me with special needs to make my shop work EXACTLY the way I need it to. Thanks to his assistance, and the app, we successfully launched a pre=order site for the Thanksgiving holiday. He tailored product availability, cutoff times and we had more orders than ever before.
