Customer support does an amazing job at getting back to me about any questions I have. I've been very happy with the quality of their support, they do a great job responding quickly and working with me to come up with a solution or to point me in the right direction and have a better understanding on how the app works and what can and can't be done in Shopify. Overall I am very pleased with the app and the support.

Good app and great customer support. The backend UI could be slightly better to be more in line with the UI of Shopify, but that's just me splitting hairs. I also wanted some changes to how the app was implemented and the customer service personnel helped me out promptly and to my satisfaction, making those changes to my theme and helping me understand exactly what else I could do with their app. Highly recommend it.

This app is amazing for store pickup and delivery options - very customisable and user friendly. Their developers are also extremely helpful and effiecient.

Nic was great. When changing to a new theme, any issues were quickly resolved. Everything was not a problem. Response was quick and he went out of his way to help.

Great app, simple and easy to use for multiple and complex delivery options. Amazing and quick customer service and support! We highlighted an issue with the app and how it doesn't quite work for UK delivery. They got the dev team on it immediately and it was rectified within 24 hours. And this was at the weekend!

This app do exactly what we want. The supporting team is very good. Quick responses & very cooperative. They help me fix the google map, remove store opening hour & fix translate problem. Definitely recommend this app, and if you have issues of this app, the support team will be there for you right away.

Awesome customer service, always answered to our issues with the app, I believe it still need some more configuration options for the email delivered to the stores but I hope that change with an update someday.

We rated 3 stars till the support reply to our emails and tickets .. we installed the store pick up and even free gifts app both paid and where so happy we found them ... but like other website owners who have little coding and html experience we could ot make it work and have some bugs 3 days and support does no respond to our support tickets all they send us is more application to install

The issue happens because your shop used custom ajax cart which conflicts with our Store Pickup app. Therefore, we needed time to edit our app to integrate with your shop. it has all the features you need for pick-up app. Plus, the customer service is really top-notch, they are sincere, helpful and quick in response. Very positive experience.

Proceed with EXTREME caution if you install this app. Below is the summary of the experience I had with this app which has been provided to the developer. 1. I uninstalled the App yesterday because it was not performing correctly. The app was very slow and did not always load. 2. When I uninstalled the App there was a bug and it did NOT uninstall all of the code from our custom theme. 3. Because the app had a bug and did not uninstall correctly, our shopping cart was COMPLETELY DOWN 95% of yesterday [Sunday] and customers could not check out 4. In all my time with Shopify [since Sep 2016] I have NEVER had an issue uninstalling an app on Shopify as I have with yours. I spent my entire day with Shopify trying to have this fixed which it was at 7:30 PM 5. I will email you the bug detail and what was commented out in our theme code once received from Shopify on what they fixed. I DO NOT want ANYONE to have to go through this.

We see that your Secomapp.txt you sent us has 2 storepickup liquid files that includes: Secomapp's file and Zapiet's file. Today we checked your shop again and found out that Zapiet's file was deleted and your shop is still working fine (even Secomapp's file is still there) So the issue on your app last several days was caused by Zapiet's app not by Secomapp. If you want to remove our files please create an account with permission (Theme) to this email : [email protected]
