After 2 years working with the app, it works fantastic!! Although my 5 stars go to the Support team that answered every single question I have had so far installing the app plus all the support given every time I messed up or did not know how to work around things. All done with precision and promptly.

CS is super helpful and i like that they explain the problem statement and suggest solutions! not just with a "done" answer.

customer support is amazing! i have no html skills but wanted to have the date picker on a specific position at the cart page. technical support did the setup for me within 24hours without any extra costs! setup of the app is a bit more complex then others date pickers. but if you run a business where you need to setup local delivery + shipping + pickup, this app is perfect! thanks to the customer support & technical support team for helping me with the setup! runs without any bugs. one wish for the future: that the customer-selected delivery date is shown at the "thank you page" or/ and at the last step of the checkout-page (summary-page)

We wanted a pickup/delivery app that would be affordable for a small business yet have a lot of parameter controls, so decided to see if this would do the trick. When I had a problem with the setup, they quickly explained what the issue was and how to resolve it. Then later when we wanted to have some products that are pickup/delivery only vs ones that could be shipped too, they customized the code to allow that. Amazing customer support! They went above and beyond. Thanks, Sterling.

This app is not only aesthetically nice but also functional! It really helped my store needs. I needed help in configuring some of the settings in the app and reached out to the support team. I had some problems setting this up and the team were fast and efficient in helping me out. I don't know how it compares to other similar apps but it is well-priced and does the job for my store

Absolutely incredible support from this team. I cannot say enough good things about their response time, willingness to help, and also the innovative solutions they presented to some peculiar problems. My store has some unusual needs (different items available for different pickup dates), and the team of developers met them all with enthusiasm and great care. Within a week, all of my issues were resolved and the site is up and running with no issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I needed to configure my store to enable us to have certain items only available for pick up and delivery and other available for shipping, and Sterling from support did a great job of doing some complicated configurations to our store to make the app work for our use case. He worked very fast and spent a ton of time on this. Hugely valuable!

Complete app for store pickup, to add and manage orders, stores and locations. Works fine after configured and the app team is always available to help. We recomend it!

I am a small business owner of a rental business catering to new moms who need to rent breast pumps and buy lactation products. We home delivery our products and also ship some out. Our need was to be able to offer local delivery for the rental product and to ship out all others. This customization is not available in many apps on Shopify or even the current shopify app. We are a small shop and I am really unable to hire a developer to create a custom solution. I wanted to offer a big vote of thanks to Sterling and his team. I am not a tech person and he spent a lot of time over email going over my specific needs and helped me install and test out the app to see if it would be a good fit for me. He did this in a very prompt way...over a period of 24-48 hours. I found his communication and grasp of my needs to be stellar. I am just amazed at the quality of help I received. Wishing Sterling and the app developers and team lots of success.

I used this app to help me with my delivery options for my online organic store. My customers now have the option of shipping (interstate), local delivery and store pickup. It's quite complex getting this right and also adding date and time pickers for the customers to choose when they would like their ordered delivered or picked up. It makes my job easier if I don't have to contact the customer for this information. Their online support was also amazing.

Very user-friendly app! The monthly fee is very reasonable for small businesses that simply want the convenience of being able to offer curbside pickup and delivery dates scheduler for their customers.

Since December 2020, we used this app to help us with managing Store/Porch pickup during the COVID pandemic. Its great because it allows the customer to pick a date/time within a range that we can accommodate - practically eliminates negotiating a date/time that works for us both. Block out dates when we want to have a break from visitors etc. Update: December 2022 - we changed a couple of our products to use custom attributes instead of variants to help us manage our inventory levels (one part is an easy last touch customization, but doesn't affect actual quantity available to our customers) This change of information wasn't initially being brought through to the orders for store-pickup. With a bit of dialogue and requirements sharing between their team and ours, they were able to update the store pickup app to work with the custom attributes (in a short amount of time too)! Amazing service! We highly recommend them!

The staff understands my concerns and adapts to my business needs! Kudos for that! They offered me solutions outside the scope of what the app offers. I use their date picker for my delivery system.

This app is essential to the success of my little store as we only do store pickup and home delivery from our floral shop. The pleasant and speedy responses are SO appreciated for the little tweaks that we have had to make to our app. Thank you for an excellent product.
