We needed a solution for our click and collect issue: one app that would hold our extensive list of stores and would work with our theme. This app works perfectly for our needs, but the best of it is the customer service given by Sterling. Always helpful and mindful of our questions and needs. Definitely made our live much easier and our website is much more user-friendly.

We are a small artisan bakery in Spain. This app is very well featured and is excellent value, meeting all our needs. We had tried other similar apps but they all fell down because of a bug in Shopify's product which Shopify was in no hurry to fix. Sterling at Secomapp provided a good workaround for this, and the team have been brilliant in customising the app, even making further suggestions as we went along. Full marks!

This App is fantastic! It has all the requirements necessary for store pick up and local delivery. The customer support is very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Great App!

This app is a must for a floristry business retailing online. The app is user-friendly and easily allows customers to select their preferred delivery date and time. The support provided by Stirling was amazing. As a novice to website building, I had many queries; however, the team at Secomapp were extremely patient and generous with advice. They honestly went above and beyond and were even able to customize certain features to suit my needs.

Great app with many customisable functions. Had some trouble setting it up however Sterling took the time to help us through it very patiently and went the extra mile in figuring out how to solve our problems. And even months down the line, they were always happy to help. Would definitely recommend this app.

customer support is amazing! i have no html skills but wanted to have the date picker on a specific position at the cart page. technical support did the setup for me within 24hours without any extra costs! setup of the app is a bit more complex then others date pickers. but if you run a business where you need to setup local delivery + shipping + pickup, this app is perfect! thanks to the customer support & technical support team for helping me with the setup! runs without any bugs. one wish for the future: that the customer-selected delivery date is shown at the "thank you page" or/ and at the last step of the checkout-page (summary-page)

super easy to use and perfect to set up pick up in other locations! I needed to set up a pick up location in another place besides my fulfillment location and this app made it seamless.

We wanted a pickup/delivery app that would be affordable for a small business yet have a lot of parameter controls, so decided to see if this would do the trick. When I had a problem with the setup, they quickly explained what the issue was and how to resolve it. Then later when we wanted to have some products that are pickup/delivery only vs ones that could be shipped too, they customized the code to allow that. Amazing customer support! This app is not only aesthetically nice but also functional! It really helped my store needs. I needed help in configuring some of the settings in the app and reached out to the support team. Absolutely incredible support from this team. I cannot say enough good things about their response time, willingness to help, and also the innovative solutions they presented to some peculiar problems. My store has some unusual needs (different items available for different pickup dates), and the team of developers met them all with enthusiasm and great care. Within a week, all of my issues were resolved and the site is up and running with no issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I used this app to help my website provide a more enjoyable checkout experience for my customers. Let me tell you--it does its job! I initially had difficulties in making the app work but turned out to be simple coding problems. They were easily resolved by Secomapp's Support! Sterling held my hand as I navigated through ALL of my concerns. Now the app is working smoothly and my customers, I'm sure, are getting a more enjoyable purchase experience from the site. I needed to configure my store to enable us to have certain items only available for pick up and delivery and other available for shipping, and Sterling from support did a great job of doing some complicated configurations to our store to make the app work for our use case. He worked very fast and spent a ton of time on this. Hugely valuable!
