This app is great for product that is made to order and requires notice to produce. I had some issues with the app affecting the cart, discount code option, special instructions, and the overall look... but Sterling was quick to act and fix it all up!! Great customer service!! Now the app works wonderfully!!

This app is AMAZING! I tried various apps, most of them way more expensive, yet this one beat them all hands down. It combined everything I needed into one, which makes managing my store so much simpler. The app itself is really easy to set up and configure and all the menus and layout make sense, even to a total beginner like myself. Despite being super simple to use, it still manages to cram in so much functionality that I don't need to use any other apps now, plus all of it works flawlessly. Best of all, the support is absolutely incredible! Honestly, I have never come across such friendly and helpful support. I can't thank them enough. 100% recommended :)

Super and easy to use app! Solved our problems for local delivery and pickup in a few minutes. No hassle to install it and even with the base settings, it already looked good. With Covid we needed to move a local fair online for our organization. This app really helped us define rules for when people could pick up items from a central meeting place and what address ranges we would be able to deliver items to. Sterling provided the best technical support I've ever experienced for an app anywhere. So so so happy with this product.

Amazing how the UI/UX is better than Shopify itself and it perfectly replaces and ads features to a simple task "pickup" (very complicated using shopify).

Support = superb! I had some tricky configuring to do for Thanksgiving orders and Sterling from Secomapp helped setup the app on my store exactly as I needed for my restaurant. Responses were quick, and she really went the extra mile by reaching back out to me when the zip code feature became available. The app functions well and I love the ability to skip the Shipping if someone selects pick up. Highly recommend for restaurants offering local pickup and direct delivery. Getting ready to install this app on my next store for the next restaurant.
