Niraj, Lokesh and Nitin have all been GREAT and patient in helping me to understand and make sense of how their app works for my business needs. Some similar apps can be overwhelming but this app keeps it simple. I feel comfortable using it and if I happen to need any assistance, help is available rather quickly, via chat. Honestly, I would suggest Bird Pickup Delivery Date to anyone! I've explored similar apps, but this teams customer service skills outweigh any other "competition" in my opinion.
