We’ve been using the Bird Pickup Delivery app and couldn’t be happier with it. The product itself is fantastic—clean, reliable, and packed with the features we need to streamline our local delivery operations. But what really sets Bird apart is their customer support. It’s truly next level. Recently, we needed some changes to our order notifications, but our developer was unavailable. We reached out to support expecting some instructions—and instead, Niraj from their team went ahead and made the changes for us. Problem solved, no back-and-forth needed. This isn’t a one-off experience either. Every single time we’ve contacted support, they’ve been responsive, efficient, and incredibly helpful. They don’t just respond quickly—they solve problems. A+ product. A++ support. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. September 16, 2025 Update: The support these guys provide is not a one-off. They continue to amazing me on how quickly they respond to a chat message, jump in to address a problem and fix the problem. Seriously other apps should learn from these folks.
