We use the Bird Pickup Delivery tool, every time we offer near delivery and pickup (2-3 times per year). It allows our customers to choose between these options, pick a date and time (determined by us), and set so many more variables and exceptions. It is definitely our choice and recommendation. The pricing is also fair and structured to meet your needs. And now the support. I would have never gotten the settings right, if not for the great support! Arranging a meeting was super easy. Support understood exactly my issues and while there are already good instructions wich I received, I was offered the remote help, since it can get somewhat technical. Within minutes everything was taken care of and I could watch everything on the screen, which was a great learning. BirdChime, yout Tool is worth every cent and I can only compliment on your support.
