This app does exactly what needs to be done a business that both ship and have collection form a shop. I spent lots of money hiring developer to have my website doing this. At the end, purchasing the dvance option was the best thing I could do ! It makes my life a lots easier as a small business. The customer support is outstanding. Always happy to help in a very quick time !

I spent so much time on two other delivery apps and encountered a problem at the Checkout. I am so glad I switched to Bird Delivery App. I encountered the same issue which I got to know is related to Shopify. However, the tech support at Bird was super helpful and solved my problem. I worked with Nitin, he send me a Collaborator request and once I approved him, he managed to solve my long lasting problem in seconds. It was so helpful and crucial to my business. Nitin went beyond and even helped me chose another app to help me with delivery route optimization. Here is my idea, you will encounter problems and limitation with apps and services, especially if you are building something specific to your business needs. It's the tech support that changes the game. I highly recommend this app, they have your back!
