I faced some configuration issues after activating the app, and the BirdChime Team was incredibly helpful in resolving them. Vikash responded promptly and swiftly addressed the site issues. Exceptional customer service!

This app solve exactly the problem we face with Shopify not beign able to provide a pickup date and time. And the support is above and beyond ! Niraj and Vikash are amazing. They took time to set up specific customizations and coding for our store that needs to translate notification email both in English and French. Bird Pickup is fantastic if you want to make sure your customers select a specific date and time for their pickup at your store. This way you can perfectly plan their order letting them know when it's ready. You're even able to customize the calendar and the emails notification with your Brand colors. Would recommand to anyone !

THE BEST customer service of any app I've ever used! Quick and helpful and patient. I am not super familiar with Shopify as I've been using a different platform for years, but Niraj is SUPER helpful and I can't recommend this app enough!

I recently installed the Bird Pickup Delivery Date app for handling my delivery schedules for both pick up and delivery for my flower store, and it's been a game-changer! The app is well done, I've set the shipping, the delivery and the store pickup and it properly works! The support team is active and useful, I had some problems during the setting but now everything works due their support! I suggest the app to everyone.
