Some quirks to get used to and work around but fantastic level of customised support, very responsive to calls and message requests for support.
The app works great for the most part. Some aspects of how it interacts with Shop Pay and Shopify Rates can be confusing and tricky but the support team is excellent and very responsive.

Really helpful support when needed. I find this app quite complicated to use (that's likely a reflection on me rather than the app) but the support is second to none. I've used support twice now, and twice I've been astounded by how helpful and speedy the agents are. Fantastic!
