Out of all the apps I have tried this one is the best I am happy that it is easy to use. I am very happy i was able to get all the help i need from Lokesh he helped me to set up things and made sure everything was working good on his and my end. This app is worth it to me and I hope it is worth it to those that get it. They are there to help you when they are there.

I spent so much time on two other delivery apps and encountered a problem at the Checkout. I am so glad I switched to Bird Delivery App. I encountered the same issue which I got to know is related to Shopify. However, the tech support at Bird was super helpful and solved my problem. I worked with Nitin, he send me a Collaborator request and once I approved him, he managed to solve my long lasting problem in seconds. It was so helpful and crucial to my business. Nitin went beyond and even helped me chose another app to help me with delivery route optimization. Here is my idea, you will encounter problems and limitation with apps and services, especially if you are building something specific to your business needs. It's the tech support that changes the game. I highly recommend this app, they have your back!
