Support for this app is just amazing! They are super responsive despite being a small team and answer your questions and deal with your concerns immediately. The app itself so fat has been exactly what I was looking for.

Needed an app to help customers choose a date and time for delivery and a delivery method from postal, local and collection. Tried a few apps but this was a) the easiest and most logical to setup b) visually produced the best results c) met my needs the best but more importantly d) their customer service and support during the process was a+++++, really helpful, patient, knowledgeable and saw the job through till the end, would 100% recommend. This app makes it easy for my customers to choose shipping, delivery or pick up with date and time. I made suggestions to decrease duplication and confusion for the customer and us, and they responded quickly and made the changes for me.

Just amazing support from the Birdchime team. I wanted to customize settings of the app for my small weekend-only bbq take-away business, throughout I always had a clear and friendly answer very quickly. The app looks great, allows you to block out dates, limit orders per day & time-slots in a easy way.

updated review - still the best service and support from the team at Bird Pickup. They have helped us with every issue we have had (usually we make the mistake ourselves) and have gone above and beyond what is required of them. 10/10 would reccomend.
