We have been using the BirdChime Pickup Delivery Date app to offer the BOPIS feature to our customers, and we must say that we're thoroughly impressed with it. Love this app because it has functions that other apps don't. I can finally show my order date and time in cart notes which allows me to then add it to my invoice app settings. Also, appreciate that we can block customers from checking out if they have not selected a date and time. This saves us a lot of hassle! Love the very highly responsive team who are very quick to help. Thanks, guys! Wonderful job!

Highest marks for this app! It is very easy to use, install and set up. It has many useful features and the support team are very responsive and helpful. It is a huge improvement for my business. Before, I had to contact each customer and set up their delivery time and date. Now, the customer configures their delivery at checkout and Birdchime syncs all my deliveries to my Google Calendar. I love being able to set in advance the available times and days for delivery--including setting the maximum number of deliveries per time slot. So much easier! This app integrates seamlessly with Shop and the two programs work very well together. Thank you Birdchime.

I've been using a different (more expensive) app for over 2 years and was looking for a cheaper one that could do mostly the same. My store is a bit unusual and I had a lot of demands. Since this app is quite young, they're still developing it. Atinder is really friendly and was a great help. He made sure to reply to my questions really fast and even made some changes to the app to meet my needs, but unfortunatly it wasn't enough for me. (Mostly because I was used to having a lot of features from the app I was using before). If your store doesn't demand a lot of specific options, this app is great for you and it's a great price! I'm sure there will be more features added in the upcoming months.

Great product and top-notch customer support. Easily set up a shipping & pickup schedule to allow customers to select a date/time to have their order ready for either shipping or pickup. Very customizable as well. Schedules can be set based on day of the week or location.
