Amazing App to navigate your store on local delivery and pick up. The customer service team is awesome. They respond quickly with any issues and also help guide you with any problems. I highly recommend this app.

More than satisfied with the app! It's easy to use and even as it became more specialized, the support team was always there to help. This includes the shipping options, as well as local delivery and in-store pickup. Maximum power and responsive support team! All issues were resolved, and I can only recommend the app to everyone! Awesome...

So far, I'm extremely happy with not only the app but the team that supports it. First, easy to install and configure. I've used a previous app, and while I thought that app was okay, I now realize that this app is superior! Secondly, the app works basically flawlessly. I had ONE little tiny hiccup on how the calendar appears on Android devices and I contacted them and within just a few minutes, they fixed the small issue. Everything has been perfect. The team is friendly, very knowledgeable and they're quick at responding and fixing issues. I cannot recommend enough!

We searched for a delivery app that could help manage both in-store pickups and local deliveries, and this app stood out from the rest! But what truly impressed us was their outstanding customer service. Even when I had questions unrelated to the app itself, the team was incredibly helpful. They shared their knowledge and expertise to help us troubleshoot technical challenges we faced. It's clear they truly care about their customers' success.

Great APP for accurately processing Delivery Date, Local Delivery and Store Pickup. There are a lot of GREAT features built-in that other similar looking APPS DO NOT HAVE! Can you have separate discounts for Shipping, Local Delivery and Pickup, YES, it can handle that. working with all the people at BirdChime was a breeze and fast response. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I worked with Mahima from BridChime (the creator of this app) on finessing the visuals of the date picker feature on our site and he was COMPLETELY responsive— a real HUMAN BEING behind customer service for this app!!! Thank you Mahima for your steadfast, and super quick work. We are now up and running and super excited to be using the app on our 2.0 site. For a small business like ours, these interactions with other service-based businesses like ours just leaves us with a really great feeling. I could not recommend them high enough!
