It is the best app of this type, been building my site out and it is the most customizable one. I need options to ship, local deliver, and store pickup, and this app delivers (pun intended). The team of this app is EXTREMELY helpful and responsive, all my issues have been solved quickly, they even added a feature a few days after I mentioned it. Highly recommend! In reality, this should be built into Shopify.. its that good.

I had some issues tweaking the different prices for post codes, and was helped by Atinder. He got it sorted quickly and with no issues. Great support.

I am very impressed with this app, and even more so with the customer support. I was able to get this up and running fairly instantly. Customer support helped me customize this to work exactly as I needed - to only show on certain products, enabling shipping on certain products and local delivery on others. They were available in real time, any time I needed assistance. It is a pleasure to work with them!

Amazing customer service and this app has worked perfectly for us. It made choosing how something can ship very simple for our customers. Everytime I needed help the team was available instantly for a live chat and would even knock out the connections I could not figure out myself.

This app solve exactly the problem we face with Shopify not beign able to provide a pickup date and time. And the support is above and beyond ! Niraj and Vikash are amazing. They took time to set up specific customizations and coding for our store that needs to translate notification email both in English and French. Bird Pickup is fantastic if you want to make sure your customers select a specific date and time for their pickup at your store. This way you can perfectly plan their order letting them know when it's ready. You're even able to customize the calendar and the emails notification with your Brand colors. Would recommand to anyone !
