This app has worked perfectly, it has all the layers of control needed to allow customers to schedule their delivery date based on multiple rules and configurations. The best part is it works at the checkout level and not just the cart level like most apps in the marketplace. On top of all the great features, the team at BirdChime has been one of the best in terms of support and adding new features. I have tried several pickup scheduler apps before I got to this one. The app works well for the most part and support was incredibly helpful with getting it set up. I was impressed with the customer service. There were some glitches along the way but they were workable. I also LOVE the feature of connecting to your Google calendar. This makes it SO easy to keep track of pickups! By far the best pickup app out there!
