Amazing app and perfect customer support. They solved all of my problem. I love this app.
Great and fast support. Very well written and clean app. Update: After some time now we must update our review. This app really was a quality of life change for us. everything seems to run smooth as of now. the integration in shopify is so much better than the app we have used before. The customer support is fast and friendly. best of all, not every issue we had while setting up the app was answered with "give us access to your store". They really sovled all our problems by explaining and troubleshooting via chat. Setting up the app took us some time and some trial and error but coming from another app this was totally expected. all in all great app and worth every penny. Thank you.
Bird Pickup & Delivery is highly customizable & works well - Support is FANTASTIC - Thank You So Much!
I've been setting up my store over the last few days and have asked so many questions to the App as I'm quite picky about my setup/check out. An amazing angel called Sun has been answering all of my questions. He has replied really quicky and with really helpful information. I tried another app before this which did not have anywhere near this comprehensive customer service. Plus this app looks so lovely in my store and has features that werent possible with the other app. If I could give you 100 stars I would!

Excellent support from Lokesh at Bird Pickup Delivery Date app. I had an issue with the date picker styling on my Shopify store and he fixed it very quickly and efficiently. Really appreciate the prompt and helpful service. Much appreciated Had a small issue with delivery options in my Shopify checkout, Swagnik helped me sort it out very quickly.
