StoreView: Visitor Tracking

I was skeptical at first to whether this app would help me. I love the analytics part as it helps me make decisions on how to keep customers on my site. I am happy so far.

Does exactly what it says it does - well! Simple and intuitive, exactly what we were after. Support is also very good!

Really good app, useful to see the customer journey to purchase completion or drop off. Has made us realise our store strengths and weaknesses.

The app is very easy to use and very informative. I recommend it to everyone. I would like to see the app make locations available, as well as some additional data about cart activity.

This app is important to any store owner interested to see where there might be issues during the conversion funnel. It lets you see where your shoppers are leaving the store. With this insight we were able to identify an issue at checkout and since we have implemented a fix we now have a drop off rate of 10-20% opposed to 70% before this app was installed. A lot of people think this app is useful because it shows what items are being added to the cart, they are missing the big picture if they think this is what this app is about.

This app is easy to use, fast customer service, and I love the ability to automatically email customers without having to manually monitor this. Thank you for helping our business!

Great little app that has loads of potential. Only came across it when a customer wanted to tell me their cart contents to see if they could have a discount. I realised I couldn't without making them go through the checkout and abandoning their cart so I could see what they added. A quick search found this app which has been great to see what they've added. One great feature would be to be able to copy the cart contents to a new order for the purpose I've just mentioned, but then that's just one feature that would be great!

I use this app regularly to correvtly understand the impact of my A/B tests on the site. It gives a clean and simple way to understand the checkout funnel. There are a lot of features that can be incorporated in the future. And I believe that the developer, being the kind and responsive person he is, will definitely roll out more awesome features :)

This app is great! We run a cake delivery business and seeing what people are doing in real time is absolutely invaluable. Definitely useful for keeping track, showing drop out over the customer journey, and the daily reports are a nice touch too!

I only leave reviews when items surpass my expectations. This is a must have app for Shopify store owners. Especially if you have a brick and mortar business. Or a business that sells one of a kind items. It tells you exactly what clients are look at and adding to their carts. Something that Shopify should BUT does not - even in live view. Steve and his team are also extremely responsive. Sent them a note and they got back immediately with the reasoning and support. If you are looking for what your clients are interested in and great service, This is the app! Unless you are a furniture store.Then there is nothing to see here. Other furniture stores definitely don't need this app.....LOL

Hands down one of the most useful apps I have. I love being able to see what products people are putting in their carts, even when they don’t make a purchase.

Great app - does exactly what it says. Does it replace detailed analytics? No. Does it make it really simple to visualize certain types of customer activity? Absolutely! For example, we're able to see some people are trying to purchase large quantities of a SKU we don't usually stock much of - so we can now adjust our stock. It's also helpful to see very real-time responses to promotions, solcial shares, etc.

Amazing app! We have had a great experience using StoreView so far. It has allowed us to watch and better understand our customers and their thought process which means that we can provide better service. Additionally, the weekly updates help us see what strategies worked and what didn't. Definitely recommended.
