The contact form app has everything I need as well as additional features. The logic function is awesome. I definitely recommend this app. Customer service was super helpful for setting up the contact form. I highly recommend this app!

This application is really easy to set up, has many options and notification for each form, provides analytics and also has good documentation. The support is great, Duke in particular helped us solve the issues very quickly and asnwered all our questions. I have only positive experience with the app and recommend it.

I have tested several apps to serve the purpose of a custom contact form so I can provide price quotes to my customers. After testing 4 other custom contact form apps, this one is by far my favorite. It's the best in appearance and functionality, it's clear that whoever developed this app did not cut corners. With that being said, the best part of this app is the customer service. It's rare to find an app with customer service that is available at any time to answer your questions while actually being helpful and solving the problem. I would rate this app 10 starts If I could.

Enable a website to have more than 1 form, which each form funneling to different teams. Support was quick to resolve issue at the first time, within the same day. Very much appreciated.

I searched high and low for a good simple "Contact Us" form app that I could use on my store. This one was by far the best, easy to use and incorporate and their customer service response is top notch. I highly HIGHLY recommend this app. Thank you to your wonderful team and tech support. We have been using this app for a while. I added a new form, and it wasn't showing on the page for some reason. Support assisted and corrected the issue quickly.

Duke was incredibly quick to respond and a pleasure to chat with. Not only were they very helpful, Duke also offered to make the adjustments that we required. The App itself, is very user friendly, attractive UI, and exactly what we were looking for to build custom forms. Importantly Storify offers seamless integration with Klaviyo. We recommend this App.

I've just started using this app specifically the contact us form - it has met my needs and customer service has always been helpful to me up to this point. So far so good! I hope they will continue to improve this app for the better. Will update this review in the future.
