EDIT: The developers finally replied and explained it was a holiday in their county - thus the slow response. Everything is fixed and running smoothly now and I explained that their tutorials need to be updated, they said they will consider it. Once I was able to figure out Google Map API -- things are actually better now than they were before. However, I now need to go through 215 locations and check them for errors in the "city" field. Overall - once this is working - I really like this app. ***** Things were going great until my addresses would not update and I could not add new locations. I asked for help and was given -- not very good instructions on how to create a Google API. The instructions were not current and now none of my locations appear whatsoever and support is slow. I was told to add a user - but I do not have that ability with my Shopify account.

I've tried many apps, and this one is very solid. Customer service is responsive and helpful, and the app has great features. It was some work to import my old data 100 stores at a time since my old app did not provide lat/long info, but it was worth the effort.
