The app works great, our customers can now easily find the nearest retail store to their location with the simple click of a button. Also, the support team is tremendous, highly recommend!
It's a little expensive but support is great and setup is easy. I'm a happy customer and would recommend.
A store map is a store map, but right here is what you're really looking for -- quite possibly the best personal customer service you'll find anywhere, in any company anywhere, hands down. And I speak as the customer service manager for our own company. Philly especially (thank you again!) has provided the most helpful tips and graciously put up with my endless questions as I struggled to navigate Google Cloud Console issues and nail down nitpicky specs for my website's enormous world map of stores. A recent back-end UI update has also greatly improved usability and customization options for us as website creators/managers. Definitely worth signing on for your business's store map!
I looked into a number of store mapper apps and found this one to be the best balance of price and function. App loads super fast (unlike some others), it is super customizable (you can style literally everything, especially with CSS), and the support team is awesome (thanks Brittany!). Would definitely recommend.
The customer service is wonderful! They are quick, attentive and always willing to help when you need them. I would highly recommend the product and even more the people behind it. Happy to use Storemapper to drive customers to our retail locations!
This app is very easy to use, and design, even if you don't know a whole lot about CSS. Their support team is ready to help. They are so nice and willing to help you design the map that fits your stores look and style. They get back to you super quick too. I 100% recommend this app!!

The app is great and when I've ever needed assistance, Iris has always gotten back to me with thorough and helpful responses. It's much appreciated that I know I can always count on a response that's not just referring me to read some doc. Iris is the BEST - and I'm partial since Iris is the team member I always seem to communicate with; I'm sure the entire team is amazing!

I use this app for our online store locator. It's very easy to use and integrate into your site. The app developer is extremely responsive and quick to address any call outs I have. Great experience overall.

Storemapper is hands down our favourite app on Shopify. It is so versatile, not only for store locations, but any kind of mapping functionality for a store. And the team goes above and beyond to help making it work and to tweak those little details. We've been using it for a couple of years already and couldn't be happier. Love the app. It allows us to track all of our stores which is important for our offline business because we have no "Freaker" storefronts. - In addition, customer service is outstanding. Took less than an hour for the team to respond and fix the issues that I was seeing.
We have a website that is FR & EN, and the store wasn't appearing properly when the website was in french. I then decided to email them to ask for help, and Iris from Storemapper was able to find what was the problem. I am really satisfied with the product and the help! I really recommend.

We tried many different store locators for Shopify before we got this one. Great support and very flexible. We are a brick and mortar and an online store which has it's own set of challenges but this tool helped a lot. We have 6 stores and this handles them great.
Does everything we need. Clean, easy to use and no problems!
