We have a large catalog, so customers often ask the same questions before buying. This app takes care of that by using our product data to give clear, helpful answers that actually make sense to shoppers. It was easy to set up, and it fits into the store like it was always there. We have seen fewer support messages and a nice lift in conversions since adding it.
