A huge thank you to Mark for his help in resolving the issue of merging multiple discount codes under a single title when importing them in bulk. This greatly improved the convenience of managing discount codes in the Shopify backend. Throughout the process, he patiently provided feedback and resolved all my questions. The discount code import function is now very robust. I've tested other plugins, and they all have some minor flaws, but Storerobo humbly listens to user feedback and continuously optimizes. I highly recommend this plugin, and thank you to Mark for his patient support!

Mark has been incredibly helpful. He worked with me to add the ability to export country specific HS codes, which no other app could do and modified the export until it was exactly what I needed. His help and immediate assistance has been amazing. A pleasure to work with!

Worst App Ever. Wasted hours trying to bulk import Discount Codes. I then switched to SaleX: Bulk Discount Generator and had my codes imported within 10 minutes.
Thank you for your feedback, and we're really sorry for the trouble you faced. We had a chance to review your import file and found that the value "fixed_amount" was placed under the column "Discount Type" instead of "Discount Value Type". This small mismatch caused the issue. After updating the column header to the correct one, the import worked as expected. We totally understand how confusing this can be, and we’re continuously working to improve the experience and make things more user-friendly.
