By a long way the most responsive, diligent and amazing developer we have dealt with on Shopify. Our store processes millions of pounds of orders and as such we have worked with a wide variety of developers on Shopify. None come close to WebToffee, developers of Store Robo! The service they have provided over the past week has been exceptional. Yes there have been a few bugs with the product, but all have been fixed in far less than 24 hours, probably most within 6 hours! Our timescales were critical as a large campaign is rolling out. While many developers would put you in a long queue, WebToffee responded immediately prioritising our issues to an extreme level we would not have expected (but in a perfect world very much hoped for!). They exceeded our expectations in every way and we are so very grateful to their team. The customer service team have been in touch extremely regularly keeping us updated, and the development team have worked unbelievably quickly to solve issues. As a Managing Director, I have learned that you measure the quality of your supplier by how they react when things go wrong. This is the single most important metric, and WebToffee not only beat dozens of other developers on Shopify (including major ones with 100s of employees), they do so by an extraordinary length. Plus the app is awesome :) Whatever your requirements or needs, this is a developer you can have ultimate faith in. Thanks so much!

StoreRobo is exactly what i needed. Simply solution to import tracking into Shopify. Mark and the Support Team are excellent! Worked through a small issue over a weekend with constant communication and had me back up and running quickly. Highly recommend StoreRobo!

Amazing service that allows me to quickly import all of my store's discount codes. Perfect for anyone who isn't as technical because the customer service is phenomenal with technical support. Shoutout to Mark for all of his help!

A huge thank you to Mark for his help in resolving the issue of merging multiple discount codes under a single title when importing them in bulk. This greatly improved the convenience of managing discount codes in the Shopify backend. Throughout the process, he patiently provided feedback and resolved all my questions. The discount code import function is now very robust. I've tested other plugins, and they all have some minor flaws, but Storerobo humbly listens to user feedback and continuously optimizes. I highly recommend this plugin, and thank you to Mark for his patient support!

Mark has been incredibly helpful. He worked with me to add the ability to export country specific HS codes, which no other app could do and modified the export until it was exactly what I needed. His help and immediate assistance has been amazing. A pleasure to work with!

Worst App Ever. Wasted hours trying to bulk import Discount Codes. I then switched to SaleX: Bulk Discount Generator and had my codes imported within 10 minutes.
Thank you for your feedback, and we're really sorry for the trouble you faced. We had a chance to review your import file and found that the value "fixed_amount" was placed under the column "Discount Type" instead of "Discount Value Type". This small mismatch caused the issue. After updating the column header to the correct one, the import worked as expected. We totally understand how confusing this can be, and we’re continuously working to improve the experience and make things more user-friendly. We use the app to update our products. It works excellently. The support team assists immediately with questions or problems.
It provides all the functionality of Import/export but importing takes hours and some times days too. I was just updating single metafield of 4000 products(not variants), and it took more than 5 hours.

Our app is designed to import around 2,000 products per hour, but performance can vary depending on several factors, including Shopify’s own API rate limits and the structure of the store being updated. Since StoreRobo runs on Shopify’s infrastructure, we're sometimes constrained by how quickly Shopify processes incoming requests. In the case of our app structure, we’ll analyze the code thoroughly and make the necessary changes to minimize any extra query/fetch time or sleep intervals that might be impacting performance. I needed this app to transfer some collections from an old store to a new one. You have a share plan and you don't need to pay in both stores for same plugin, and support team is excellent. Due to an import error of collections with a lot of products, StoreRobo store assisted and resolved the import error in less than one day. Excellent app and excellent support team.
Very pleased with this app, exactly what I was looking for. Makes it easy to export product data as csv file, update then re-import. Can save preferred settings for the fields you want, making everything simple.
