Worst App Ever. Wasted hours trying to bulk import Discount Codes. I then switched to SaleX: Bulk Discount Generator and had my codes imported within 10 minutes.
Thank you for your feedback, and we're really sorry for the trouble you faced. We had a chance to review your import file and found that the value "fixed_amount" was placed under the column "Discount Type" instead of "Discount Value Type". This small mismatch caused the issue. After updating the column header to the correct one, the import worked as expected. We totally understand how confusing this can be, and we’re continuously working to improve the experience and make things more user-friendly. It provides all the functionality of Import/export but importing takes hours and some times days too. I was just updating single metafield of 4000 products(not variants), and it took more than 5 hours.

Our app is designed to import around 2,000 products per hour, but performance can vary depending on several factors, including Shopify’s own API rate limits and the structure of the store being updated. Since StoreRobo runs on Shopify’s infrastructure, we're sometimes constrained by how quickly Shopify processes incoming requests. In the case of our app structure, we’ll analyze the code thoroughly and make the necessary changes to minimize any extra query/fetch time or sleep intervals that might be impacting performance. I needed this app to transfer some collections from an old store to a new one. You have a share plan and you don't need to pay in both stores for same plugin, and support team is excellent. Due to an import error of collections with a lot of products, StoreRobo store assisted and resolved the import error in less than one day. Excellent app and excellent support team.

We wanted to test importing a CSV file from an FTP server. During setup, we selected FTP as the source—boom, requires a premium subscription (€10/month). Fine, we activated it. Then we added the source—boom again, it's a custom CSV, so now it's €20/month. No trial period, no chance to test before paying. This kind of pricing model feels deceptive and frustrating. If you're considering this app, be prepared to pay just to see if it even works for your needs. Not recommended.

Very pleased with this app, exactly what I was looking for. Makes it easy to export product data as csv file, update then re-import. Can save preferred settings for the fields you want, making everything simple.

Import / Export von Preisen über eine CSV Datei wird überhaupt nicht unterstützt obwohl das Pro Abo gebucht wurde für 20€ Somit leider nicht zu gebrauchen.

The response time from the support team in India is excessively long. Every day, valuable time is wasted on a single sentence, with constant back and forth replies. It would be greatly appreciated if you could align with the U.S. time zone to ensure that your customers do not have to wait an entire day for an unhelpful reply. It has been a whole week since we installed your app, and yet you have not assisted us in setting up the FTP, despite our continuous requests for the past week!

Nice app... but it doesn't work anymore. I hope they will fix it and maybe unlock the subscriptions... I could really use a larger number of products/ file.

Not sure what I am doing wrong, there are not a lot of options to choose from . It is not exporting shopify meta fields.
