By a long way the most responsive, diligent and amazing developer we have dealt with on Shopify. Our store processes millions of pounds of orders and as such we have worked with a wide variety of developers on Shopify. None come close to WebToffee, developers of Store Robo! The service they have provided over the past week has been exceptional. Yes there have been a few bugs with the product, but all have been fixed in far less than 24 hours, probably most within 6 hours! Our timescales were critical as a large campaign is rolling out. While many developers would put you in a long queue, WebToffee responded immediately prioritising our issues to an extreme level we would not have expected (but in a perfect world very much hoped for!). They exceeded our expectations in every way and we are so very grateful to their team. The customer service team have been in touch extremely regularly keeping us updated, and the development team have worked unbelievably quickly to solve issues. As a Managing Director, I have learned that you measure the quality of your supplier by how they react when things go wrong. This is the single most important metric, and WebToffee not only beat dozens of other developers on Shopify (including major ones with 100s of employees), they do so by an extraordinary length. Plus the app is awesome :) Whatever your requirements or needs, this is a developer you can have ultimate faith in. Thanks so much!
