Jen was fantastic to work with and she was very pleasant. Very helpful and extremely professional. I absolutely enjoyed talking to her. Jen Roraldo is the best representative I have ever worked with at Shopify. She helped me with my SEO optimalization questions and explained to me even what it meant and how it worked. I was not real savvy with what i meant to the program or to users. I have full comprehension now and it all is due to Jen's help! She works so wonderful with customers - a vey pleasant personality.
